I highly recommend this place! The customer service experience is exceptional! I bought a phone and plan here, and the customer service officer, Hardik, who helped me, was patient, honest, and polite and helped me find the best deal. Then later, when my phone broke, they were understanding and clearly explained my options without pushing. I ended up leaving my phone so they could run some tests. When I came back a half hour later, the phone was back on! I am so incredibly thankful! well worth the money. Definitely recommend!

I buy the product for this shop and they don't explain about regulation and they lying me I don't recommend it no one to shop this mobile store worst experience I ever had in my life and workers they are too

We arrived there about 6:10pm Nov 29. two people worked there. Before me in the line only 2 persons . Before I decided to leave at 8:18pm，there still one person before me did no finished. I don’t understand why these employees can be so slowly.It seems they knew nothing. All they can do is calling or waiting to call.Before I leave, the male employee told me he did not know long time I need to wait and suggested that I come next day . He told me The plan can not be matched because the promotion due that day (nov 29)but the match of tab price is always available.I got there to match the tab price yesterday. But they told me I can not match anymore. I feel sad and did not understand why price match does not work. It is your suggestion me to come next day. And the next day is the same as yesterday both are not promotional day.And I can feel their attitude is terrible. So I chose to return the phone.It is the employee’s fault leading me miss the better tab price and the good deal.

Terrible ,horrible customer service,not sure if owner aware about people working here today novermber 29 2022 time 5:15 pm the guy name is nikkeil or mikail not sure but he just should learn how to really handle and care customer service...been here waiting for a hours and just he chatting withcustomer and not doing his job..never ever going there for any business and i will also call and complain to THE MOBILE SHOPE CENTER.

The store looked very tidy when I visited. Staff Hadid or Hardy was very helpful even though the store was closing. I didn't end up buying anything but he helped me fix the issue on my phone and gave me some useful information and advice.

Signed up with Virgin Plus for a new phone during the black Friday sale in-store.I wasn't happy with my purchase so I decided to return the phone to the store during the 15-day grace period.Virgin Plus ended up charging me the entire price of the phone+early cancellation fees.After 2 months of going back and forth with Virgin Plus about my bill, I decided to speak with Paul at the store.It took Paul about 15 mins to remove all unauthorized charges from my Virgin Plus bill. Very pleased with the service I received at this location.
