The superintendent is an A-hole. His name is Ryan. He is very rude and hard to converse with him. On my first day when I moved in, I called him and asked if I could retrieve my visitor permits. Not only he told me off rudely but he also said to me to never ever contact him. As soon as my lease was over I moved out immediately. I even reported him to management, they didnt do anything about it. I highly suggest you avoid renting in this apartment.
