The staff was very nice and was able to assist with my shopping to a great extent!

lady measured my sons feet and said they were size 28 I asked what size that was and she wouldn’t tell me?? She refused to tell me saying he should know his own size… my son liked a pair of shoes that were size 9 not his size and I kept saying do not show him those as they’re too small and there is no point. she showed them anyway we walked out disappointed no shoes.

We went there today to shop for shoes, i was trying on the shoes and there was zipper on both sides of the shoe and i was trying to open (the one i was trying to open was just a designer zipper that doesn’t open) the customer rep said very loud and rudely’This is just a design , it won’t open’ . I was like ok . She then kept hovering around (which i understand she was trying to assist) , i asked her for second pair to try on both ! She got it and gave it to me like she is doing some favor on me. I tried i did not like the shape and comfort. Hence i kept the box on side and was looking for other pairs! This customer rep very loudly again ‘ asked her fellow customer rep “can you put this back up on aisle since they don’t want it” the way she said was like WE DID NOT BUY IT COZ WE COULD NOT AFFORD IT!!!!!! I wish i knew her name. She was so condescending ! It would be my first and last visit to the store! I should have read google reviews first before wasting our time there.

They said they would let me return or exchange until three weeks. I went in after two weeks and he says they can't exchange neither return my product. Very disappointed. They lost a good customer. I would never go again to buy anything here and wouldn't recommend anyone going here!!If the owner can respond to good reviews I'm sure he can see bad ones too!! I'm not expecting a response here but atleast do ACT to fix issues and bad reviews!! Else you'll lose a chunk of good customers for sure..

Best shoe store at Bramlea with great customer service! The sales representative at the store was polite, attentive, resourceful and prompt! They have lots of options in sizes and styles for warm winter boots and other shoes too.

I was very pleased with the selection, but what really impressed me was the service. The sales person was friendly, knowledgably, and she seemed really happy to be working and serving her customers. I honestly thought she owned the store or her parents owned it because she showed such care and dedication. This was my first time buying at this location, but it will not be my last, it will be my first stop whenever I am looking for shoes or running shoes of any kind.

I purchased top moda heels for $99.99 but when i checked its actual price, it was $40.00 which is very very low. Also, i asked for MK showing 127$ on website but they were selling for $199.99 when i asked them, the representative said we don’t go with the website, it’s different on there. I mean literally they asked me 70 dollars extra for both the pairs. Really very disappointed. Their prices are really high even on black friday and they put 50%off boards.
