The lady at the front it's extremely rude, no wonder all the other reviews are complains about her!!

On Oct 19, 2020, about 2:45pm, I stopped by the lottery ticket booth to purchase a lottery, the lady who inside the booth asked me what I wanted, I said I wanted a big jackpot pack, instead of finishing with me by giving me the lottery and the receipt of the debit card, she turned around and served someone else and made me standing there. I had to ask her to give me the lottery and the receipt, she then gave me an attitude and asking me why I was in hurry. Lady, what you needs to do is to tell the other customer to wait so you can finish the business with me because I was there first, instead of giving me the attitude. Your customer service is horrible, you should not give an attitude to a customer and question him/her, which is none of your business why I’m in hurry, perhaps I was not in hurry, I just simply wanted to leave because I didn’t want to see your ugly face and your attitude. Because I am Asian that’s why you let me hang or because that’s how you deal with customers?Lady you need to change your attitude and change the way to serve customers, I myself will NEVER stop by your booth again!

Iana needs to be fired or at least get some customer service training. Very short tempered and yelled at my boyfriend who was trying to purchase a lotto max ticket.
