Wonderful place are puppy loves it they're so good with our dog highly recommended their trustworthy and do an exis there trustworthy and doing excellent job And really fair prices

Just found this.SO a few weeks ago I complained on here about my dog getting hurt at Versatile Dog grooming and instead of an apology or even an explanation the owner of Versatile dog grooming phoned my 85 year old friend who had recommended me to her in the first place and told him yesterday that his dog has been blak balled from her grooming service because his daughter had complained on face book ! First of all Im his friend not his daughter and second what a coward she picks on an 85 year old man instead of dealing with the owner of the dog she hurt!!!! Seriously !!!! And since the incident with my dog I have been contacted by 3 more people whose dogs were injured at her business !!!! To the owner of Versatile dog grooming take responsibility for your mistakes and dnt pick on an 85 yr old man who had nothing to do with me!!!! Coward!!!!!And to those people who are thingking of taking their fur babies to this butcher Donttt !!!!!

I tried to groom my own Yorkie Pom (Porky) once- it did not go well, and his self-esteem suffered greatly from my frugality. He still holds a grudge and tries to bite me if I pull out the clippers. I've tried them all here in town - all.of.the.groomers. Then I found this magical little heaven of a spot years ago. My 14 year old toothless Jake prances like a Prince coming out every time, so well groomed! Take my money!

We've been taking our Schnauzer here for 10 years. They always do a great job and our dog, who has terrible anxiety, is comfortable here and well cared for.

They cut our dog's nails for very cheap good place

This place was amazing! My dog is a difficult lady when it comes to her nails, and I was extremely impressed. You can tell they really love animals. Prices were surprisingly good too. Will be back here for all my grooming needs.

This is my first time taking my dog here for a nail trim, what an awful experience for my poor pup. The first nail she trim was clipped way to short and hit the quick. My dog was bleeding and extremely anxious after this, the lady proceeded and didnt acknowledge my doing bleeding or being uncomfortable, she called my dog dramatic. After two more nails and seeing my dog very stressed at this point i said we had enough and would finish her trim elsewhere. I asked if there was something to put on her nail to stop the bleeding, she said after she walks on grass it will stop. Extremely unprofessional and unknowledgable.

I was happy with the whole experience. The staff seem to be in tune with needs of our furry, four legged friends. I will go back.

All happy dogs with no barriers between them and they all got along in a playful manner. Mine was sleeping. She was so relaxed and had a great cut. No stress for her at all.
