My family recently bought an Atlas Cross Sport from Chatham VW. Our sales person, Nicole was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We didn’t feel any pressure at all and were given lots of time to talk things over on our own.Nicole seemed genuinely excited for us when we picked up our new car. It’s definitely worth the trip to Chatham to work with Nicole!

wow, so we got a free detailing to make up for the last hosing of a service bill, this was the result, we also paid 240 for a tire change, nice to see the work and service is consistent from a dealership that was insulted when I tried to ask for 500 off the price tag because we stand on principle and quality

My family and I purchased a vehicle very recently at this dealership.The salesman I spoke with was very polite, it was obvious that he takes pride in his job(Paul).Due to this, we felt as if he had our best intentions. Therefore, we made a 4 1/2 hour drive to the dealership.I'm confident to say that this Dealership, and it's Management stands by their word.We will definitely give them another opportunity when the time comes to make an additional purchase.Cheers to the open road!

I am so happy I made the drive out to Chatham. Paul, Drew, and Dave were nothing but welcoming. We told Paul what our budget was and we stayed within it. He was so patient and kind. He did not try to change our minds. He went with exactly what we wanted. I am so happy. I will never buy from anywhere else. The process was so easy.

Not recommended, worse service ever. Got my car (2014 ford explorer) home and all the coolant was drained while driving the car from dealership to home. They took the car for a month to replace AC lines and brakes. Gave 1 year extended warranty (I insisted on). Got AC not blowing cold air again after 6 months and they raised their hands saying we don't cover it (under their policy coverage). Now I have to pay $1600 just to get it fixed again. Worst experience ever.

Outstanding! We just purchased our first ever Volkswagon. Our salesperson Nicole was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I have had some great service at this dealership. Paul sold me the truck has been great and when I had issues with the vehicle Chris ensured everything got resolved. The service desk girls were fantastic at ensuring I was always updated. And can’t forget Peter who drove an hour away to exchange vehicles. A+ customer service from everyone and definitely recommend.
