FACS are a beacon of hope for many families. The staff are caring and helpful and try to keep families together whenever possible.

I have had a terrible experience with the family and children's services, I wouldn't even give one star. But I had to in order to make my experience here known. Try other resources first , like kW counselling , or Children's mental health before calling !!!!!!

I hate cas dealing with them right now. You can't trust them at all. Don't sign nothing and be careful what you say to them. It can and will be used against you. They love seperating families. That is what they did to me. And with 0 explanation. They made a safety plan and then made me signed over my parental rights then made me give my son to his dad and nana. I have to go without seeing my son for 3 months I don't think so.

Horrible agency power and control over mothers and babies sick torment people endure here. Ripping a baby from the mothers arms and not given a chance because you paint this picture of people try and distraught family's tear them apart tell the family it now need to seek family counselling loop holes and loop holes to jump through and when you finish it's not good enough because by the time you've done them. Now a cas worker will say oh the child's been with the foster parents from birth and were now seeking crownward no access
