I bought a trimmer brand new and it doesn't work. I called the company and the place I bought it and they have horrible product support. I will never buy or recommend this brand to anyone. You may be investing in a great idea that was poorly built.

I just bought trimmer and bucker, the trimmer works so-so, but bucker always stuck, and it it's not refundable because I already use it!!!
