I usually leave reviews for restaurants but the service was so good here I had to take the time to give them their props. I brought my vehicle here to fix 2 rims. From the moment I stepped out of my car I was greeted with great customer service. The guys here are very knowledgeable. Their services are very reasonably priced and they do not try to upcharge you like many other shops. I'd recommend using their service without hesitation.

Good customer service but Disappointing results.Repainted 4 rims twices, but they change colour without note me. (unfavorable in black color)Hi Western Wheelcraft,However, I must restate my disappointment with your previous reply. It is disheartening to see the repaint work on my rims has not been taken seriously.First , I couldn't speak to the technician when I picked up my car, so I reported the issues the next day and requested two rims to repair up expected standard as other rims. ( Unforunturely, third rims paint peel off after, total 3 rims ask to redone)To clarify, when I collected my vehicle for the second time, I was so disappointed to discover that all four rims had been changed to a black color that I did not want. Despite this, your worker insisted that it was the OEM color. However, I would like to point out that the silver OEM cap on my rims clearly contradicts this claim. The lack of consideration for my preferences is deeply concerning.This repair has been a disappointment for both of us, resulting in a double loss. You have lost profit, and I have lost valuable time. I am not requesting a third repair as it seem unreasonable. Instead, I will seek other rims repair provider.I kindly request that you communicate the importance of performing the work diligently to your workers. If someone can provide proper preparation and deliver a high-quality repair from the start, it would greatly improve the overall experience.

Western Wheelcraft did an amazing job on my rim. The repair came out looking like it was straight from the factory. Excellent staff and turn around time with great pricing. 10/10!!

These guys are the best rim repair shop in the city hands down. Two of my rims had some serious curb rash and these guys made them look like brand new. I recommend them 100%
