No smile, rude service, the lady put my drink on the counter and walked away. She didn't even want to look at me or respond to me after I said Merci.I also saw a man asked for a cup of water and they ask him to pay. He walked away disappointed.

Got there 15min before closing because the hours were wrong on the website. Refused to do anything hot that is not a drink. No soup, no toast no nothing.

I dont understand why but everytime I go here theres something, I ordered a large ice coffee regular, a large vanilla ice cap and 10 tim bits, I was charges fir a small ice cap that I didn't ask for and didn't even noticed till we drove off. Not the first time this happens not pleased.

Says breakfast all day right on the menu and in the ads, but they don't actually serve breakfast all day. And if you want one of the other sandwiches 90% of the time they don't have the ingredients, the other 10% it looks like it was made by captain hook.Best go to McDonald's down the street.

Service has to improve. I mean it shows how much pressure they have to serve the customer quickly and most employees making your sandwich won't take in consideration that you've ask for bread toasted better or my problem is with their strip of uncooked fat they call bacon! I don't know if It's all the same now because I once worked at the Tim close to Wal-Mart and we had thick slice to cook perfectly well to a crisp!! So instead of throwing away the bacon in my sandwich, I decided to politely ask to have my bacon well done and crispy. Deception even if the cashier went to tell the cook showing him on the order screen well done". It's the last time I throw away part of my sandwich again!"

I waited 30 mins at the drive through to get a wrap without the cheese inside. The employee was nice though.

At the order window we received RUDE comments that they don't understand our order and asked us Rudely to come to the window.Have waited for 20 min and when finally tried ordering Chiken Bowl (new menu) we were told Rudely; No chiken so I will not be doing this" with attitude like we were asking something from another world.Pure discrimination.0 service."
