The floors were absolutely disgusting. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in weeks.

First time going to a laundromat. If you have a big blanket that you haven't washed in months, stop delaying and come here! Super easy to use and convenient and fast. $7 (in loonies) for the largest size washing machine, finishes in 30 minutes. Bring your own detergent or buy some there. Then dryer is nice and big (25 cents per 4 minutes). Was clean, low-key, and a good experience overall.

I can’t say enough good things about this laundry mat. First time using a laundry mat because My washer broke and I had a basket full of soaking wet clothes. As soon as I arrived i was immediately greeted by the kindest person, the owner. They made the whole experience so easy and comfortable! She knew all of her customers/regulars and was so friendly and welcoming. It was super clean and a lot of machines available even though it was busy. I would not hesitant to use this laundry mat in the future, over all great experience.

I used this facility today and had a terrible experience. This place is absolutely FILTHY and terribly run down. Floor had not been swept in months. Garbage bins stunk and needed to be emptied. Machines were very dirty around the doors. Had not been cleaned in a very long time. Half the machines were out of order. There are a few machines that take credit cards but I kept getting error message “failed connection”. Gave up and went to machine to exchange bills for coin. Cash machine will not accept $10 bills. So unless you have $20 bills or $5 bills or Toonies you are out of luck. I only had one $20 bill and rest were $10. Sadly $20 doesn’t get you far with wash machines at $6 for triple load or $4 for double. Washers only take Loonies and dryers only accept $0.25 for 3 minutes.The machines that are set up for credit card do not take coins so with half the machines out of service plus the few that are set up for credit card only it only left a very few machines available. Thankfully I was the only customer there which I can understand now knowing the state of the place. Very dark and dingy. Would not feel safe being there after dark. Little to no heat inside. I was cold with my winter coat on.Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

This Laundromat is located in the corner of the plaza and was easy to find and plenty of parking space available. There are 21 washers in a few different sizes with both front and top load and 16 dryers with single sizs available for use. Note that 3 washers are out of service. Washers only take loonies and dryers only take quarters. Both washer and dryer have few machines with debit/credit available and there are 2 machines that provide change for 5, 10, and 20 dollar bills (new $10 bill isn't accepted)Overall, the laundromat is clean and did the job.

This place is poorly lit, dirty and cold. Half the machines are out of order. Half the lights don’t work. It was freezing cold. Every surface looked dirty. We used one washer and one dryer. The machines we used did work.

Clean and quiet, used to be open 24 hours but it’s closed now in the evening. Still one of the best places to do laundry in town. Everyone is usually very friendly and sometimes you have a nice chat.

Loaded the washer and put 2 loonies in before I realized it wasn't working. Sign was on top of machine, at the back and flipped over.

You enter the One Stop Laundry. It’s empty. There’s never any one here, but that doesn’t bother you. You walk by the vending machine. You need change. Should you buy a dryer sheet? You hear a creak from the dryers as a latched door opens. You machine is waiting for you. A noise makes you spin around, a bounce brand box of four dryer sheets in the vending machine. You never asked for this. A shadow slides in the corner of you eye and you stare, gapping as the washer selects cold wash, mixed colours. Delicate cycle. The One Stop Laundry. Our machines are waiting for you.
