Never go to this store very bad customer service they don’t know how to talk to there customers

I cannot believe that I was just served by a young lady and she literally pulled out her phone in front of me and messaged one of her friends on Facebook while my order was processing on debit..No greeting! No thank you good bye! No customer service at all! To the manager who manages this beer store. Who the hell are you hiring! Your store has become a complete joke. Work on your customer service skills. Absolutely disgusting.

I would give 0 stars if it wasn't for the older woman who worked there. She's so sweet and kind, very welcoming and overall a beautiful human being.I go in the beer store very often, almost every day and there's a boy who is maybe 18-22 with dark hair and light skin. I feel like he's tried to make several advances on me. Everytime I see he's working I feel extremely uncomfortable because he just asks personal questions and looks at me very weird. He also has miscounted my drinks as well, not in my favour. If it wasn't for my boyfriend I would have just accepted that I was taken advantage of for the cost of a substantial amount of my drinks. Check your receipts people!!

March 3 8:45 very bad customer service and i experience a racism from a ladythere was a heavy snow storm and i park my car straight in the parking and the parking was vertical and i dont know because it was whole covered with snow and i bought the beer the lady come outside and ask me to return the beer because i park my car straight because the lot covered with the snow she talk with me in very abusive language and started taking pictures of my car and i was the only one who parked in parking lot that makes me feel very disrespectful

I want to give a big shout out to one of the employees, at the east end beer store on Dundas st, I think his name is Kevin, if not I do apologize, I locked my keys in the car, not only did he call me a Uber but he also payed for it, what a caring man, thank you so much

I'm only writing this because I was checking if they were open and noticed all the negative comments about the staff. I frequent this beer store and I haven't had one bad experience with the staff. In fact, I have very pleasant short conversations often. I'm there to buy beer and they facilitate that. I'm always happy when I leave.

This store is my main place to go for suds. The staff know their stuff and are quite efficient when there is a line.I'm always satisfied when I go to this one location, except for my most recent trip. I've never seen this employee before, as she shook my bag of empty cans not believing that there was 150 in the bag. She had such a surprised look on her face. It was an extra large clear bag I used which makes the count look a little smaller than it actually is. I told her she was free to do a recount if she wanted, but she just got really quite and handed me my refund. It just takes one person to ruin a good day my

Quick service for bottle returns. Friendly team. Good looking store on the inside. Outside needs some work.

Poor customer service, rude behaviour, the lady was racist.
