Koko Beach Hot Tubs
Took my hot tub pump into Koko Beach for a rebuild. They were able to do it in just a few hours so I didn't have to make another trip to the city to pick it up.. Once I was home and installing the pump into my hot tub I couldn't make the fittings line up. With a bit of time on the phone and a few pictures of my problem. They were able to instruct me on what I was doing wrong. Wow. Once I followed their advice the pump went in easy. Talk about amazing remote service. :) Very great staff. I highly recommend Koko Beach. They helped me once before diagnosing a ground fault problem that was a burned out heater. Went in picked it up and installed it in no time. Very knowledgeable staff. Koko Beach Hot Tubs
We are new owners of our first new to us" hotub. We live over 2 hours away from Edmonton but anyone closer to us could not look at it for over 2 weeks. We called Koko Beach because they were who the previous owners had bought the tub from and always used for servicing. From the first phone call they were fantastic. They helped over the phone and gave me great instructions for removing the pump to get it in to them (to save us the cost of a service call). We were able to get the pump out and take it into them that day. We were expecting to leave it with them and come back later in the week to pick it up. They were close to closing on a Saturday but they took a look at it right away and said they could fix it now to save us a trip back and save us from potentially freezing our tub. They stayed late on a Saturday and fixed it right away. We were super impressed with the fact that this is the first time we have called them and got such great service."

Koko Beach Hot Tubs
I bought a hot tub at Koko Beach 4.5 years ago and meant to wait a year to write a review... so I'm a little late. I can't comment on service calls because the Coast Spa that we purchased here has never had an issue. We use it at least a few times a week and have loved it. We purchased the spa at a time when I was at home with a new baby and had two other very young children so Tony answered my millions of questions via text and was so patient and helpful. I recommend Koko Beach to anyone who will listen to me!

I have an older hot to that my dad bought from Koko Beach many years ago. Koko Beach has provided awesome service and help for these years. I’m new to keeping an older hot tub running and Tony has been fantastic in answering my questions and providing service/products. I highly recommend Koko Beach!

Koko Beach Hot Tubs
We bought our first hot tub from Koko Beach in 2013 after walking into a few other hot tub shops where we were not treated as well. We have always had great service and can’t say enough good things about Tony (owner) and Koko Beach. Early on we almost had Tony on speed dial 24-7 being novice hot tub owners! Tony is always polite, helpful, and professional. In fact, Tony went above and beyond and helped us by storing our hot tub between moving into our new house for over a year despite having limited space. This is just one of many good things we can write about Tony and Koko Beach (as we could probably write a few pages)! Great service, honest and great people!

*This is an update to my review below. Tony from Koko beach reached out to us to apologize for the response we had received the day I wrote the original review. He came out and did the repair we needed giving us a bit of a break on the call out charge and throwing in an extra filter. Most importantly the repair was done well and was done quickly. It’s clear that Tony really cares about customer service and he is usually the point of contact for customer concerns. The day I called he wasn’t working and someone else (it actually wasn’t Mike) took the call and handled it poorly but in the end they made it right.We purchased our tub from Koko beach years ago and have used them exclusively for service and tub supplies but a recent experience with Mike has me so upset that we won't spend a penny with them again.3 months ago, we required service on our tub. I was quoted $85/hour for labour in addition to the call out fee of $95. When they showed up there were two guys which I thought was strange as one guy simply watched or passed tools to the technician Mike. They were finished in 1.5 hours but when they presented the bill they had charged me for 3 hours. I questioned this and their explanation was that there were two guys so I had to pay for the twice the hours. I wasn't happy about this because I had been quoted $85/hour with no reference to the number of guys but the work was done and didn't want to make a fuss so I paid it.But today we needed service again. Given the last experience, I decided to call a few other hot tub repair companies to see if this was typical in the industry. Not one of them said they send two guys out for a repair (and their hourly rates were all in the same ball park). I decided to call Koko Beach to talk to them and give them a chance to keep my business and they failed miserably.The admitted that on the last service call, they were training a new tech and that he was there to shadow but assured me that he hadn't worked out so they would only send out one guy this time. When I explained that having me pay double so they could train their staff for free felt like I had been ripped off. Mike immediately raised his voice and started giving me a lecture about how they had been in business for 30 years as if that somehow justified this ridiculous charge. He also suggested that having the two guys saved time on the repair. I will acknowledge there is some merit to that argument but having someone pass tools didn't save 1.5 hours of time. And you could argue that taking the time to train someone ate up any time savings.In any case, the original bill had been paid long ago and despite being disappointed about it, I was giving them another opportunity to try to keep my business when many people would have simply never called them again. To squander this opportunity by simply trying to justify the double charge instead of being willing to hear how this practice made a long-time customer feel ripped off is such a poor business practice. All it would have taken is some sort of a small gesture...perhaps a reduction in the call out charge or the first 30 mins free but instead they've lost a customer for good. Congratulations on the last 30 years Mike obviously you’re so confident in the next 30 that you can toss away long time loyal customers.

Koko Beach Hot Tubs
I have owned my hot tub (From Koko Beach) for 27 years. My wife and I have used it an average of twice a week throughout all that time. Suffice to say we are VERY happy with the tub! That being said, it has been part of our family for a long while, and things do break down from time to time. This is where I am REALLY IMPRESSED by their level of service. Tony has answered my call each and every time - he remembers my name and even exactly where the breaker is in the house. I don't need to wait around as I trust him completely to make the best decision of a repair and always give me the honest and fair price. It is now 1:30 PM as I write this. The pressure switch went (1st time ever by the way) last night. I called him this morning . . . It is done - fixed - and we will be back soaking tonight! If I could give him 10 stars I would - 5 doesn't seem to be enough!

I have been totally impressed with the service received from Koko Beach Hot Tubs and fromTony and Mike specifically! They performed all their promises even despite the costs they incurred. They promised to remove our old hot when delivering the new one and fulfilled that pledge even though the job turned out to be bigger than anticipated. Later, Tony kept his word by winterizing our new hot tub without complaint. It is so rewarding when companies fulfill all their promises.

Our experience with Koko Beach has been a very positive one as first time hot tub owners. Tony and his staff were very knowledgeable on all the particulars and steered us in the right direction on our selection. We purchased our hot tub in August and use it almost daily. We had one issue after installation that was quickly resolved and all questions we have on maintenance are promptly responded to. We feel we are in good hands with Tony.
