For a burger king, I consider this place very good! The food is tasty, the staff is very kind and professional and the place is very clean.The place is big and has a lot of space. The toilets are clean.

The restaurant is closed, only drive-they available. Open the bag forgot one fries. Start to eat the whopper was cold. Hey guys if you don't want clientele anymore justCLOSE ALL Burger King period. There is so much we can blame on pandemic.... WAKE UP!

What in the world is this ghost town type of a Burger King place is that? Somebody's gotta bring it up to the standards. It's dirty old and scary. Service is rude, burgers are so bad you can literally catch something.

It was quite busy for 9pm at night and I waited a bit to order as there was a line but it moved quickly and they were friendly. I think there was an issue with their machine cause I waited a few mins to pay but it was busy and seemed out of there control! Once it was under control, I was served politely and quickly. Food was good too! My onion rings were a little empty but I think I was just really hungry and wanted all the onion rings ;) not a bad experience at all! Happy this is the one close to home.

Definitely have a staffing issue but that is clearly seen before walking into the building as there is notices letting you know they will have to close early due to lack of staff and all the position flyers placed around. We went during a busy time around 5:30pm. Took us about 30 minutes to get our food after ordering in the store. All the food was hot so you know it was made fresh.It was nice to see the customers were taking the time to not leave a mess helping out the staff as you could see they were overwhelmed.

Nice, friendly, and well put together the burguers. This does not happen in every Bk restaurant. In fact, we go out of our way to go to that location. Good job to that team.

Almost 5$ for large fries on national fry day when they're supposed to be 1$. No dining in for almost two years in addition to increasingly deteriorating food quality. Not sure who's the owner but they are doing an awful job.

Update: Months later and no contact from Bk franchise owner and BK pushes responsibility to franchisee. Moldy bun. Take ownership of your brand BK. This clearly shows that the customer experience means nothing to the corp.
