Sitting here waiting for my sons prescriptions and hearing the lady’s talk in the background about how they hate the customers and hate their job. Definitely will be switching over my account to another pharmacy with better mannered physicians

Worst customer service I have ever received from a pharmacy. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I try to refill my prescriptions, there is always a problem so I end up having to call and wait 20+ minutes before I can actually speak with someone. My doctors office has contacted them several times to resolve the issues and I am still having problems. They continue to incorrectly enter the date I am eligible to refill my medication - supposed to be every 30 days but they always enter it as 32- 34 days. I have also been told twice that I will just have to go a few days without my medication (due to their error) and that there is nothing they can do. All while being rude and condescending and telling me it's my fault that I used the automated refill services over the phone and that everytime I need to refill my prescriptions I need to call and actually speak with someone (and waste 20+ mins of my time). I've been with other shoppers drug marts before and have never experienced this. I will be switching my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I ended up switching pharmacies because my doctor would fill a prescription for my anti depressants , fax it over . I’d go to pick up my refill and they have told me I had no more refills. This has happened several times so I ended up going to the pharmacy in burford and have never had an issue with them . Yes a little more expensive but their service is above and beyond . Shoppers made me feel like an addict for my anti depressants and didn’t care if I went days without them. Do not recommend their services.

Clean store, but most items are a bit more expensive than other places. The electronics area is particularly overpriced, they have old stock memory cards selling for prices from almost a decade ago. Pharmacy fee is also high.

After spending a night in the hospital with a very sick baby I went to this shoppers to fill a prescription for a specialized formula he requires (advised by a pediatrician.) Upon my arrival the staff told me this formula was not a prescription. The pharmacist assistant argued that the pediatrician was wrong and this was available on the shelf. I ask where it was on the shelf and they said they did not stock any on the shelf. I asked to have them fill it and see if my benefit plan covered it. They told me to go home and call my benefit company first. I explained to them I need to feed my baby and I needed it filled as he has no formula he can drink at home. The staff continued to be very hesitant about filling it and asked if I just wanted one can filled where I once again had to remind them I had to feed my baby and one can was not enough and that the cost did not matter. After an incredibly frustrating experience I took my prescription and went to another pharmacy. They happily filled it for a one month supply, told me the cost and rushed the order. They also explained what ways I could take to have this covered if my benefits didn't cover it.The staff at this Shopper's had a total lack of empathy for a Mother with a sick child who is struggling to feed him. Totally shameful.

Went into the store last night to just do some looking around, not expecting to buy anything. However that changed very quick. Rachel in the beauty department was wonderful and very knowledgeable. It is nice going in somewhere not knowing too much about certain products and getting all the information that you need. She was very professional and very polite as well. I will go back for any other questions i need answered!

I had switched my personal info to another pharmacy closer to home, but still shopped at the 320 Colborne St W store. Today, I went to the Colborne St store to get a Covid booster as the Ontario Govt had recommended to me (my new pharmacy was not giving the booster). The pharmacist (T. Kowalczuk, on the receipt) said my info was no longer on record and I need to fill out a new registration form - but do it in the waiting area outside her office. When I was done, she stood in her office doorway & loudly read out all my personal info from the form - name, address, phone number, etc. - for everyone to hear. I did not want all my personal info announced to everyone in the lineup and pharmacy area! After this kind of treatment, I will no longer be shopping at this store.

Most of the store staff are amazing, post office also. but the east coast newfoundlander cashier is the most confrontational argumentative negative person i ever met there. If you have any nice comments about anything to say to her at checkout she will bike your head off & demand that you are wrong. example, i was buying batteries there as they were on sale, i mentioned to her that the cost was very good compared to elsewhere, she jumped at me about the cost is much better elsewhere, talking down to me like i was bothering her, its happened a few times, this cashier gets a thrill out of insulting & mistreating good customers.

Sells forged gift cards then won't refund them, instead forces you to contact head office, which takes more than 10 days to get a result, and the result is optimum points or a gift card for the value, which then takes another 10-15 days to get to you.A simple refund and internal investigation would likely have saved a couple hours in labour costs and negative reviews and publicity. Will not be shopping here again.
