Had an issue with one of my locks. Gave me a suggestion of something to try first before they came down to replace the locks. Worked amazingly well and I didn't need to pay any unneeded money. Very honest service and would use them for the future.

Experienced a break-in at 4:45am, called them around 9am and by 2:30pm they had fixed my door and secured my house. Very nice to work with, very professional, and did an amazing job for a very reasonable price.Cannot recommend enough. These folks are legit and great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone or use them again. 10 out of 10.

One of the most customer friendly experiences from calling the office to explain my situation with my front door lock having issue to the follow-up phone call to advise when a technician would be coming out.The service technician, Kevin, is a very knowledgeable gentleman who quickly serviced my front door deadbolt and re-key it to a new master key. Also set the garage deadbolt to the new master key. Without me asking, he adjusted the garage deadbolt strike plate to that the deadbolt slide perfectly. No more have to push the door a little bit to lock.Legal Locksmith are deeply concerned about addressing a customer's needs and being cost effective for its customers.Thank you guys! I actually did not get to use the services of this company, because the locks I have are Medico and they do not have the rights to my specific locks. But Rob went above and beyond in reaching out to the manufacturer to find out which locksmith in Winnipeg could actually service my locks. He did all of this for no gain. I won't hesitate to use their services in the future.

They were curteous and very accommodating. They didn't try to take advantage or oversell at all. We require a quiet atmosphere at the massage clinic, and we didn't hear a sound! From the time I called in the request to the time they finished and collected payment - roughly 1.5 hrs max!! Fast!

Called to get an estimate of how much it would cost to have someone come look at a deadbolt that won't work on my garage door. The guy laughed at me and said how can I give you a quote without knowing what's wrong?". Even a range would have been appreciated. Am I looking at $75-$150 or $200-$500? Give my anything. But to laugh at me for asking the question? Total turn off. Called another company who was able to provide me a range without being condescending. I wanted to support a business in my neighbourhood but found a company outside my area who won't treat me like garbage."

Recently had a job to change a deadbolt lock with a key pad deadbolt that I owned. Called Legal Locksmith to arrange as I had a limited window of time to do this. From the first communication with the office right through installation I found all involved courteous and professional. Scheduled a date and technician arrived right at the beginning of the window of time they gave me. Installation was complicated because the door had glass window with very limited room to expand the hole as was needed for my touchpad. The technician made it happen. It took a couple of hours and I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price charged. Unequivocally recommend this firm.

Great local locksmith with good quality products. Got 2 keys cut for locks. Was surprised of the quality of metal used. Very strong, tougher than the master lock keys that came with the lock, which were bent by the way. And the new keys worked better that the original. Would recommend.

Spent god knows how long calling every locksmith in the city trying to get a key cut for my bike. Legal locksmith was the only establishment with exactly what I needed.
