One of the worst travel agent, quoted me 78% refund on a flight which i wasn't able to catch because of visa, when it came to refund i was told that according the rules i have to provide refusal from Embassy, my application was in process how can i provide that letter, lady with thick accent had hard time explaining how things work and kept talking when i wanted to say something.Avoid from as much as possible.

Terrific service.... I haven't seen a travel agent who cares about their clients like them.... Great flexibility and super patience... what I really like about them is their ability to book complicated itereinary, especially when I travel with my kids.They are offering great service even after issuing the tickets.. they answer right away and not like other terrible travel agency... I feel that they are babysitting " their client before and during their travel.I have been traveling with them for around 5 years...please keep up the good professional work!"
