BellMTS Admin Building

I moved to Brandon in Feb 2021 and tried going with Westman (check out my review) which did not work out. I called Bell MTS after getting the runaround from Westman wherein I was scheduled an internet installation that never happened (waited close to a month). I called Bell at around 6pm the night Westman was supposed to install my internet and Bell scheduled me an install 3 days after. In hindsight, I should have gone with Bell but I wanted to give the local company some business. The speed selection wasn’t the best but I never got any interruption. Fast forward to today, I called Bell to cancel my service as I’m moving out of province. I only waited 3 minutes to be connected to a customer service representative and they walked me through the cancellation process. I think this was the fastest cancellation process I’ve experienced so far, I thought I was going to be on hold for a while. I recommend BellMTS if you want convenience and friendly customer support.

Not the building in general but I didn't know where else to say this but MTS is quite possibly the worst service provider for internet in Brandon, we pay for extra connection speed and extra boosters through out the house and I couldn't even get a good enough internet connection to write this review so I had to use my data on my phone
