Steer clear of this shop entirely, bought a vehicle off one of the owners, disclosed a few issues and told me it would be fixed no cost to me, every time we've spoken there has been an excuse, I had to just bite the bullet and get them done myself so I could enjoy the vehicle. In the process of the repairs I found multiple other issues, broken leaf springs, wheel bearings, sway bar end links front and rear, sway bar bushings, coolant leak above water pump, he said he replaced the power steering lines on it and 2 days later they're leaking, said he replaced the crank position sensor and couldn't even get that right very shady business with lots of excuses to match the workmanship.

We ended getting stuck out of province on a Saturday our vehicle wouldn’t start. The guys were amazing stayed after close just so we wouldn’t have to be stuck for 3 more days in a different province, as everything was closing due the fact it was a long weekend. They ended up working a 10 + day, many hours after closing. Had a great attitude, did a great job at getting our stupid vehicle running again. The guys were friendly and super nice talked through everything with us would highly recommend!

My go to and favorite shop for auto difficulties. All the guys are super respectful and provide fantastic above and beyond service to get you moving. Only going here, going forward.

When my wife and I had our clutch give out during a cross-Canada move, the mechanics at J&C were the only shop not booked a week and a half out and got back to us quickly. They gave us a fair price accurate to the maker's quote (while many other autoshops wanted to charge 25%-100% more than Mazda's quote), fixed it in a timely manner, and even helped us find a hotel and ride while we waited for the repair. They have excellent customer service skills and exemplify going above and beyond for their clients. If I'm ever in the area again and need my car looked at, they would be the first auto-shop I would call.
