Used this service twice, staff is not available most of the time. Though the canada post have open timing mentioned but it was closed on many other occasions I visited. They should have modified the timing on online platforms like google.

Often my parcels are there, but no notification is sent. Are the not being scanned upon arrival? Also, the clerks are unable to stay focused on one client at a time. They do double the work by hand writing everything over onto paper, rather than just scanning for the information and getting or giving the parcel. Many other post offices are much more efficient.They can't even spell peoples names correctly from the shipping documents. May as well simply go back to holding packages alphabetically and skip the computer part.

You might want to return on another day if the regular person is not present. The two non-regular staff have no idea what they are doing. If you are not just picking up a parcel I suggest to return on another day.

I think Canada Post should take away the franchise of this location. Enough is enough. Go to post office twice a week. This location is seriously worse than anywhere else. Unprofessional, full of excuses, Slow, No covid precautions, no service, not knowledgeable, you name it. Sometimes I even have to tell them the steps of what to do. When you need them to scan the qr code from your phone, they can just simply take away your phone without consent. No asking! Please, this is a civilized society, not village! Always say they can't do it but actually they don't know how to do it! Every time I go to other locations, they have parcel done right away with no problem!

Absolutely terrible, don’t bother wasting your time going to pick up a package because it is never as is indicated on the delivery notice. Call first…oh wait they don’t answer their phone either. Always a hold time of at least 5 mins. This place is disgustingly unprofessional.

I order Amazon packages and pick up with zero problems with most CP locations but the staff at this location gave me attitude for not having my personal address on the package (why would it if I’m shipping it to their address for pickup?). Staff member proceeds to tell me I’m wrong and I need to register for a Canada post account to ship packages from Amazon to them. Why is the process different for this location compared to other CP locations? What’s with the attitude from staff?

During this is epidemic virus time, everybody take precautions and follow all rules or try to follow them and it is understood. I went to the post office today and followed their green arrows on the floor and noticed the post office lady was inside working facing the other way without seeing me. I excused her to let her know that I was there. She turned around and said, Go Go Go Go the other way stand there". I backed up following her very unethical orders. She was not nice and did not show any of her customer service skills. I showed her the arrows were the other way around and that was why I did not follow that route and did tell her the way she talked to her customers was not nice and not ethical. I explained I know how to follow the instructions but the arrows were in wrong directions and asked her to tell her manager to change them without confusing the customers. She was arguing saying she was nice to me. I also raised my voice to explain how nice was her directions. Then

Easy peasy.Been going to this one for years and the staff have always been helpful and friendly.There can be a lineup from time to time, but that's really just because there's always that one customer who didn't package their item. Don't be that person.
