Clera Windows + Doors Concord

Carl & Dan are wonderful to work with and gave us helpful suggestions to replace our windows. Not only are they professional and kind, they also protected our floors, cleaned up, showed us how to use the screens and how to use the window features to clean them easily. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the windows and the professional workmanship of Carl & Dan.

We had Clara windows installed 1.5 years ago. We noticed recently that one of the windows had broken glass. We did not break it and it appears it might be from frame pressure. (My guess as there was no impact to the glass) I called Rita at customer service and she said glass is not covered under the warranty but she agreed to have it replaced at no charge as I thought it might be an installation issue. Rita was very professional and helpful. Our experience with Clara throughout has been very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

With Clera, they were quick to arrive, advised me on options I didn’t know about that were better for my house and needs, and were professional and efficient. They even helped set up my energy audit. We purchased Clera windows from FM Windows and Doors in 2008. They included a lifetime warranty. I recently called the toll free number in May of 2023. The service representative Rita Adamopoulos responded quickly to my request for latch and lock replacement parts. She was very experienced on the process required in order to complete the request. Within a day I had confirmation that the new parts were on their way. A very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Clear Windows as they stand true to their warranty and their representatives are knowledgeable, professional and the service is exceptional.

We had our front door replaced and in Dec - during the cold snap - the window developed a crack. We called Clear and they were able replace the plain glass with a stained glass version. That did cost; however Amandeep came and installed the new glass. The service was friendly and well done. Very happy with the service.

I have had my Clera windows for around 4 years now and I am still very happy with them. Unfortunately one of my window latches broke and I needed to get it replaced.Rita was able to help me out with every concern I had. She called me back and answered other emails promptly and professionally, and was such a lovely person to deal with overall. She was able to send over the part that I needed to fix the latch mechanism.Hands down some of the quickest and best customer service I have ever experienced and she really saved the day.Thank you very much for the smoothness of it all.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Kyle the sales manager, Andrey the installation manager, Russell the installer and Amandeep who inspected the work after installation were all fantastic. The windows look terrific and they were installed sooner than I expected. Russell was great and came back on a Saturday morning to complete the installation. Amandeep provided a thorough inspection both inside and outside. He opened and closed all the windows and even touched up the caulking where it needed it. I highly recommend Clera and will definitely use them again when I need windows and doors replaced.

At best, a standard product, nothing special, and no different than Home Depot. However, the worst installation process I have ever experienced. The windows were measured and sized incorrectly. The installer aggressively rushed the installation, destroyed walls in the process, and installed the windows incorrectly. They are not centred from the two sides of the brick and at an angle vertically. He also demanded more money due to “extra work”. Getting Clera to repair the damage took significant effort and months to complete, and they still left me with the job of caulking, priming and painting the replaced mouldings.The window insert job was so badly done that glue began leaking out as the weather warmed (see the photo) and is “not subject to warranty” according to my salesperson.I managed to get a slight reduction in the overall cost to avoid litigation, but was far from what they should have offered for the stress, lost work and months where I was unable to reinstall blinds.I’m happy this nightmare is over, but would save you the same. Go anywhere else.

We had all of the windows in our house replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. The new windows look beautiful, are easy to remove the screens and easy to clean the casement windows from inside, which is really convenient on the second floor. We are happy with the look and operation of the windows. We have noticed that we hear less road noise and have eliminated the draft we felt from our old windows. Kevin was very professional and quick to respond throughout the process and we felt that he was selling us something that he believed in. Juri was our installer. He and his helper were very polite and respectful, they protected our floors, cleaned up after themselves and left us with a beautiful finished product.We are thrilled with the purchase of these windows and how they look.
