The Hutton Townhomes

Recently bought 1 of these townhomes. Needed workmen / painters to come in and do a few repairs. Electricians were called in to repair a wall socket and they found that the wires had been cut during installation, so I lost that socket. 5 months later and I'm still waiting for my outside porch to be completed and a chip on my counter to be repaired. Let's not mention the heater that's beginning to fall off the wall and areas are already starting to show wear and tear - my family and I have only lived here for 5 months. Is this a brand new luxury townhome or a townhouse that was built in a hurry for a quick sale. Gave the developer a 2 * rating for location, easy access to transport and close to an elementary school. But overall, very mediocre workmanship.

Small complex with a real sense of community and family atmosphere. Most homes are duplex style & all homes have patio's off the kitchen with gas hook ups for your BBQ's and your own backyard. You can tell that the strata cares about the maintenance and up keep of the property.
