My husband ordered a custom made pendant from The Gem Shop in 18K white gold with a lab grown Alexandrite for my birthday this year that I wear on a black leather cord. He worked closely with Sarah, who showed him several different stones, sketches and a 3D rendering before actually making the pendant. When he showed me the sketches and the renderings I could tell my husband knew exactly what I wanted. The Gem Shop did a beautiful job. The pendant is professionally made and the Alexandrite has intense color change. The gemstone is really gorgeous. My husband designed a very special pendant for me and The Gem Shop executed perfectly. Thank you very much! I love it. For Mother's Day, my husband also bought me a very pretty necklace from The Gem Shop, a white pearl on a gold wire that arrived beautifully gift wrapped. I'm very satisfied with the quality of their jewelry.

This is the place to go if you have ANY questions about any type of stone, Crystal, Rock or in my case unfortunately glass. I gave them a 5 star because Sarah and her assistant both went above and beyond any customer service I’ve had in a very long time …anywhere. Sarah’s knowledge is quite extensive when it comes to gemstones and jewelry yet she was able to convey to me in laymen terms what I needed to know. Products were what I thought they'd be and arrived quickly. Very sweet it was wrapped in gift paper with a thank you note (it was a pretty modest order). Would purchase from Gem Shop again.

I purchased the beautiful 3-strand freshwater pearl necklace for my mother-in-law as a birthday gift and it was not only wrapped beautifully and sent directly to her on our behalf, but they were wonderfully received!
