We're much better when they had love auctions. Don't trust the pricing and bidding online anymore. Reserves on items set to high. They are making more profit online now as lower overhead but buying and selling fees have also increased.Was better as hybrid system before. Great that they could still sell online during the pandemic but be nice to see it like they had before

They listed a truck as operable instead as non-operable and didn't declare issues with a motorhome. I am suing them. I want to start a class action suit against them. Anyone that has bought something there and wasn't listed correct or didn't have info that should of been declared, reach out to me. My claim will be in provincial court and you will be to see it with contact info as its public info. I know they have screwed many people over and enough is enough!!

I came to Michener to pick up one piece that my company bought at the auction. The woman at the guard house was super friendly and told me I had to go to the office to get it cleared. I proceeded to the office and was helped by another very friendly woman. I was told to go back to the guard house And wait for one of the yard guys I waited about 10 minutes and the yard man pulled up with the forklift told me to park in an open area. Five minutes later the pieces loaded on my truck. Very efficient and super nice yard guys as well. Overall the entire experience was great! everybody that works there, I’d like to say thank you and keep Up the good work!
