Bleu Bridal Gowns

What a wonderful experience! This is the first shop I went to so I was very nervous walking in. Sue made me feel really comfortable and at ease. We had the barn to ourselves which was really nice, as we didn't feel at all rushed. There was a brilliant selection of lace floral dresses (which is what I was after) - all in different shapes. They also had the more traditional, satin styles too. Sue was excellent at pinning the dresses to fit my frame, so I could really picture what the dresses would look like on the day. There were veils to try on, which I think are always nice to try on with a dress. She listened to what styles I liked and even picked out some 'wildcard' dresses I hadn't even considered. My favourite dress at the barn turned out to be a wildcard dress. Sue had a lot of knowledge on how the dresses could be altered and even adapted if I wanted, such as by adding lace straps or more buttons. So you have the option to have a completely unique dress if you want. It was completely covid safe as well which is important during these times. I definitely recommend this little barn, Sue works wonders and really helps you to find what look you're after and what suits your figure. She makes sure to listen to what you do and don't like, which I think is equally as important, as you want to wear something you feel comfortable wearing. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends when it's their turn to get married!

She was so friendly and knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what I liked and didn’t and this resulted in me finding the perfect dress. This is my first wedding and therefore my first bridal gown, and Sue is beyond welcoming, caring, friendly and helpful! She is a mine of information and knowledge regarding anything from what dress you would like, to price breakdown and all the small print. The boutique and dresses are beautiful, well laid out and you have an exclusive appointment, which is essential. Nothing is too much trouble for Bleu Bridal and I'm having a wonderful experience from the get go.

This was an amazing experience. Sue was SO knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. She was totally realistic and we were honest with each other. The setting was delightful. I would recommend any bride to be to visit.

I first met Sue at a wedding fair in early 2022 where she took my details and offered to text in early 2023. Lo and behold, she kept her word and I was excited to book and try!Sue's customer service is exemplary: her knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. From the moment I walked in with my bridal team, she was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us to understand the process and timeline of the dress. She cannot be beaten on this!We were free to look at all the wonderful dresses she has in the barn (which is beautiful!) and 'tag' as many as we liked. When it came to trying on dresses, she listens SO carefully to what you like, don't like and want in your dress, which then enabled her to use her exemplary skills to help throw in some wild cards" and also explain any modifications that can be made.I have ordered my dress with her today and she was just as wonderful in my 2nd appointment (I chose to go solo for this one)

I can’t speak highly enough of Sue and the experience I had at Bleu. Tucked away down a little lane this is truly a gem of a shop. Obviously not the worlds biggest selection of dresses but lots of different options and Sue was extremely knowledgeable about how things could be altered to make them perfect. She was absolutely concerned with me getting the right dress, whether that was with her or another shop which was lovely. I ended up loving a wildcard dress but I wasn’t 100% sure and she recommended I go away and think about it. I ended up finding my dress at a different shop but I would not hesitate to recommend Sue to anyone. A lovely lady with a wealth of knowledge and experience who is determined to help you rather than just sell you the most expensive dress!! Thank you Sue!

I had the most magical experience at Bleu Bridal Gowns. It was so wonderful having the whole shop to yourself and we were greeted by soft drinks and a friendly smile. Sue was amazing and so attentive and personal, it made my whole experience so magical. Sue was able to pick out dresses based on my likes and dislikes which resulted in me finding my perfect dress. I had a wonderful experience at Bleu Bridal Gowns, Sue was very welcoming and friendly! The barn is gorgeous and has such a range of dresses to try on, which are all stunning. Sue was able to provide lots of information about each dress, and was able to answer any questions I had about the dress, ordering process, and alterations that can be made to a dress. Despite the current pandemic the appointment was still a lovely experience and definitely COVID safe. I would highly recommend making an appointment here!
