Big O Tires - WESTBANK

This used to be my go-to tire store. However, there must have been an ownership change and I will no longer go back. Had a simple repair done to a tire. I brought the tire in myself and identified the issue and it cost me $47 for a simple repair. I can accept the labour cost and the cost for the patch BUT how in the world do you justify 10% of the bill to 'shop supplies'?? Very disappointing when there are lots of options for tire shops. And don't tell me this is standard fees. It isn't. You lost my business.

Started going here in the fall last year for new winter tires. They are both economical and knowledgeable about there products. Dropped car of in the morning and was able to pick it up in afternoon. Bit of a wait but overall not a huge issue. I find that staff is friendly and professional.

I’m from Langley and I got in an accident in west Kelowna on the weekend. No other shop could get me in but Big O got me in and fixed it so quickly!! Super happy with my experience

We were on a long road trip the summer of 2022 and had issues with a previous brand new brake job. The team at the West Bank location exceeded our expectations. Not only did they fix the problem from the previous shop, they also did our other set of brakes. They provided photos of the errors the other shop made so that we could go back to them, and get their work refunded. All of this was done last minute and over a long weekend. The team here went above and beyond for us and we are extremely grateful of their honest, and quality service. We would travel back to Kelowna just to have our vehicle serviced with them!! Friendly staff, fair pricing!On our way back to Vancouver we found a screw in my tire. When we went into Big O, they were immediately able to squeeze us in and fix the tire. While we were there they also did a quick service for an older lady who needed some assistance.They were able to fix my leaky tire AND leaky water bottle.I was very impressed with their service, communication, and pricing.

Amazing experience!! I've had some pretty terrible experiences at other tire shops, getting ripped off and treated poorly yatayata. So I typically dread having to deal with this sort of thing. That being said I'm so grateful for Big O Tire for making this chore an actual enjoyable part of my day. The staff are so friendly and nice, they really hooked me up! Came in to get my flat replaced and they were able to order and install by the next day. Excellent staff, incredible service, and great prices!

The owners and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful! Their price is very reasonable for their services and what they offer. I would definitely go back again! Hard to find good mechanics and people who listen when repairing your vehicle.

I've got charge 360 dollars for a diagnostic on ac they didn't find the leak in the system but the explanation for charge was that the car was on the hoist for two hours . I have the impression that they don't know what they are doing. My car had the passenger seat dirty with ketchup and fries after the visit

great service, love this place for tires, I had an xacto knife go through my tire, they had to find me an exact replacement to matchmy other 3 tires. Awesome job ! Dianne Harrison (Blackhall)

Don't bring your nice wheels here unless you want them destroyed!Brought my wheels and tires in for a re-balance. First wheel goes on the machine and the guy doing the job couldn't remove the weight with the pliers, so his solution was to pulverize the weight against my recently refinished aluminum wheels with a 20oz brass hammer. I raised my concern with him and he said I know what I'm doing" Strike one! He then proceeded to add 7oz of stick on weights to the middle of the rim using a different mode on the balancer. When I said I wanted the inner and outer beads balanced separately he came over to close the shop door so I couldn't watch. Strike two! I asked to speak to his supervisor and asked him to check balance on inner and outer beads. Supervisor says "That's the way we do it." At my request they rechecked balance and the outer bead was 3.25oz out. Strike three! I was outta there! The supervisor might have full confidence in his guy's abilities
