This clinic doesn’t care enough to return your calls, letalone book an appointment for you. I’ve been waiting over a year since the referral from my optometrist to have them schedule an appointment to investigate early signs of glaucoma. No timeline. No answers. Every time I call, we start back at square one where they ask why I’m even needing an appointment and for the specific tests that I’ve had done. I’m told it’s a triage system and they will see me when it’s deemed appropriate. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
