Harvey's have been a iconic place to go for wonderful food including hamburgers cooked on a grill and the best poutine you can find. Their staff is extremely polite and interested in the customers desires because the customer will decide what they want on their hamburgers and so on. I first encountered Harvey's back in the 1970s and they have been the go-to restaurant since then. In Sault Ste Marie Ontario where I live the owner who is on the floor is a wonderfully nice fellow and ensures the best for his customers. So if you have never been there you have missed years of wonderful take home meals. I give them 10 Stars

I am writing this review after 100s of visits. Often delay in drive thru, often missing items (Onion Rings, Fries, Napkins, forks, Straws). I collected my order from drive thru. I came home & checked food. I found that onion rings were missing. drove back to collect it again. wasted my gas to collect $3 onion rings.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The employees were very busy, however they went above and beyond to have our order delivered not only on time but EARLY. The girl whom answered the phone has great customer service skills.

Good food but why can't me and my girlfriend dine in after 8pm. We drove there and the doors were locked, we knocked and got ignored... drive through only apparently. Is it just me but it dosnt feel right ordering harveys in the drive through without seeing my topping or how its made. Anyways thanks

I came the 7 september at 21h20. If you are not fluent in english, runaway ! The employee at the drive thru speak really fast and never try to speak slowly. When we said this is our first time in Harveys" he didn't explain the concept and now i'm with a burger at 13$ with 1 white bread

Harveys is one of my all time favorite fast food restaurants, the fact that coupons are multi use is just one of the most user friendly perks. Plus burgers are amazing. This location did everything great, clean, fast, and delicious food.

I ordered from uber eats and the order came from this store. I ordered a big harv original burger. I also ordered a large ice tea which also had a extra costTo it. I ended up with multiple toppings I didn't want/ and my drink wasn't what I paid extra for. I was very disappointed and upset as I wasn't able to eat what I wanted and I felt like I wasted My money at this establishment. I expected better from Harvey's.

This was an amazing experience and made my day. I normally don't eat much fast food lately due to every A&W, McDs, Subway, Tim Hortons having a staff comprising of only immigrants and most women.. but today I stopped in here and my jaw dropped. It was all Canadian born citizens and a great balance of men and women from all age groups. More places need to follow this route.They've earned my business and I'm going to continue eating here more regularly.Thank you for the awesome experience and keeping our jobs local and balanced.

We used the drive through. Ordered 2 burgers and used a coupon, so the price was right at about $5.50. They have many toppings! Ample free parking.

I bite into the burger and it's like a bbq happening. The fries I asked for extra crispy and I was not disappointed. Hope was amazing and bubbly at the window. Her happy spirit is infectious!
