I’m a regular client at the gym, is a nice store and really complete, but unfortunately I will never come back because yesterday I had a very bad experience with one of the guys that sell there, he kicked me out because I open the door by my self because I waited like 10 mins on the door and he didn’t even noticed that I were there until I enter. Proceeded to kicked me out in a really mean manner.

I love the selection, but I go back for the staff. Kate and Jenna are so friendly and so helpful and go above and beyond. Jonny and Hannah are also lovely and make great recommendations. If they left, I would go elsewhere. I hope they pay their staff well! They deserve it!

I’ve had staff here be really rude to me. Last time I was there the woman at the cash made fun of me for using my credit card, as if somehow using a credit card means I’m poor. And beyond that, my financial life is none of your employees business. If I had more time to waste I’d report you to an oversight body because that behaviour from your staff is completely unacceptable.
