We were happily surprised at the level of customer service received from Parker's Appliances here in Courtenay. They were so patient with us and very helpful and provided over and above service to us. They provided us with a total refund when we decided to buy a different model after we had used the original machine for two months. Thank you so much for your great assistance. We bought a KitchenAid 604. KitchenAid said it had a sound decibel rating of 44. We found it very loud. After having it serviced it was determined 3 times by the service rep. the sound is 55. KitchenAid jerked us around for 3 months. We asked to have a full refund and would buy the KitchenAid model 202 that has a 39 rating. They said no and also said they were done talking to us. We told KitchenAid we were going to small claims court. Parker's then went to bat for us and got us what we wanted.

We chose a washing machine at Parker's on Tuesday. Today (Thursday) it was delivered. The delivery man got down on his hands & knees and wiped some oil from under the old washer & would not allow me to do it. NOW THAT IS SERVICE. We will never buy another appliance from anyone other than Parker's. These folks really put the S" back in service. A wonderful company."

If you need appliances, I very strongly recommend going here before going anywhere else.My experiences dealing with other companies have been an ordeal, waiting 12 months for a fridge and 18 months for a dishwasher.Went to Parkers and walked out the same day with a nice washer dryer set.

Absolutely Highest of Raves to Parker's Appliances & More. As soon as I walked into Parker's Appliances was greeted by friendly owner. She listen to what we were looking for, knew so much information on the different products and found the set that works best for us. She was friendly, patient with our questions & such a cheerful soul. The delivery/installation guys (so sorry forgot their names) were awesome! Took out our old ones, set up the new ones. They were so professional & friendly. Going over how to operate them before they left. Highly recommend you go check out the place as they don't only sell appliances. Locally owned business.

Best Customer Service in town. We have dealt with Parker's a few times over the years, both for our home and business. We have always been extremely pleased with their products, competitive prices but mostly their exemplary service. In our most recent encounter, they went far above and beyond in order to save our Christmas by loaning us a stove while we waited for ours that was on backorder (not their fault - supply chain issues). Many thanks to Dustin and his crew for going above and beyond. Would highly recommend if you want to support a local business and receive great service.
