It's one of the nicest Tim Hortons I'm aware of. Nice & and clean, and they serve on the actual plate for dine-ins. Love it!

I was very dissatisfied with my last visit to Tim Hortons at 6123 Hasting St, Burnaby, BC. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I have filed a complaint through the app and I am waiting for a response. I expect better service from a reputable brand like Tim Hortons.

Great Tim's joint in a convenient location with superb and friendly staff. The barista was super nice and put me a fresh roast on.They were out of skimmed milk which isn't a huge biggie and we're able to offer almond milk instead.Clean and well upkeep areas and restroom, unfortunately no seating inside due to COVID which isn't their fault.Plenty of delicious freshly baked snacks and a one way system for a COVID friendly approach.Awesome Tim's!

Such a hilarious costumer service ever I have seen in any Tim Hortons. They need to train their staff proper or hire more staff. Makes my morning worst. Today early morning I stop here for just a coffee the girl whose was taking order she took near 10 minutes for my coffee. I order two coffees and she just give me one coffee. I will Never gonna come at this Tim Hortons again.

Its your typical Timmies. I dont usually expect much. You go in, you order, you grab your food and go. This time I was in a rush and decided to use the mobile app to save some time. I ended up waiting for 15 min on top of the 10 min travel time it took me to get there after I sent the order. 25 min for an ice capp and wrap. When my order finally showed, the employee just plopped it on the counter and left. Me an the 2 others waiting had to figure out whos order it was ourselves. Either get rid of the mobile app or invest some time and resources to make it a better experience. Theres literally no excuse in this day and age

This location has good parking spots right outside its doors and a cozy ambience inside. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and were happy to see a good selection of pastry including the new Timbiebs. The service was quick and easy.

The coffee is not worth the hype at all. It's just that it's cheaper than the starbucks but the quality of the coffee is also not at all good. Very bad taste. However, if you're someone who doesn't like coffee yet wants to try coffee then you'll like it.

Very convenient location. Donughts are fresh, and sell quicky. This place has become very popular but the lack of employees makes the serivce very slow. I'm sure the profits are high but they keep the same number of people working. Huge line ups form continuously during the day, even in the non peak hours.

Absolutely blown away by how fresh the food tasted this time and how the staff gave us ceramic mugs and plates for dining in. Really made the whole experience special. Also props to the short asian lady cleaning the windows. I have never been so impressed with Tim Hortons, May 20th at 10am

Good service, courteous and friendly staff. Tried their loaded bowls for the first time today. Was surprised by the taste, it’s pretty good and a decent sized bowl that tastes fresh! I would recommend the crispy cilantro lime loaded bowl if you haven’t tried it already. Lots of parking at this location, that’s a plus.
