Dr. Deans

I went to Dr. Deans because I damaged my eye in a fall. I was more than a little nervous & Dr. Deans put me totally at ease & told me he would do the best he could for me. I appreciated his honestly & kindness. Dr. Deans operated & I was so impressed with how this was handled. I feel Dr. Deans fulfilled his promise to me & I'm happy with the results.I highly recommend Dr. Deans, both he & his staff are excellent as far as I'm concerned.Thank you Dr. Deans.

Dr Dean is very incompetent of figuring out whats happening with an eye. Her license should be revoked.I had such a bad experience. I was referred by ER, Dr Dean didn't diagnosed me properly and sent me home. I tried to get an appointment but I missed the 2nd one. The receptionist said her associate doesn't want to see me anymore because I missed an appointment. So I told her if o can please get another appointment with Dr Dean she she is sorry but next appointment is in October.This is ridiculous!! Please avoid them and maybe take action on their ignorance

What a horrible experience. No one answers the phone during the weekday. Called 3 times on 3 different days and goes directly to voicemail.Dr. Dean refused to see me, told me she needs a recent optimitrist report. I had already gone to the optimitrist but I went again and got a recent optimitrist report. Sent it to their office and it took them 6 business days to get back to me.Once they got back to me they told me Dr. Dean wants $90 if I want to see her, if not I can go back to my optimitrist. During those 6 business days, I had already seen a different professional eye doctor who helped me out and didn't charge me a dime.Dr. Dean should have her license revoked. Don't be a doctor if you don't want to help people!!!

She never meet me and gave the very basic medication for complexed issue when there there is better options.

Dr. Deans was absolitelu amazing when I needed to have an emergency surgery on my right eye a few months back. When I got wheeled in the room he made sure that was as comfortable as I could be at the time, starting telling an hilarious story that made me feel even more comfortable and after surgery he has been the only ophthalmologist to come out and make sure I was doing okay and made sure I had the right drops to prevent any infections. Absolutely loved him!

We met with Dr. Deans this past week with my 6 year old son. My husband and I were beyond pleased with our interactions with him regarding our sons medical condition. Though his office was extremely busy he took the time to explain in detail what other professionals neglected to do which made us leave his office feeling more knowledgeable and helpful about our child's situation. He even took the time to message us a website to reference for further information that evening. We have only met Dr. Dean's once but he has left an impression that would last a lifetime.Thank you Dr. Dean's.The Savo family

My experience in Dr. Deans' clinic was extremely positive from the moment I walked in. The sign said that an associate would see you within 15 minutes of your scheduled time; I was seen in less than 5 minutes. The associates who collected my information and conducted the optical testing were very friendly, kind and professional. I felt very well taken care of. Dr. Deans, himself, was a pleasure to deal with. He explained the issue that I've been having with my eyes and reassured me that everything was going to be just fine. I could tell from his demeanour that he is a very caring and very thorough person. I would recommend this clinic to anyone, without hesitation.

Brought my mom in for a follow up after her cataracts …. Incredibly rude receptionist! After seeing all these reviews complaining about the same thing, it’s sad that her behaviour continues. My mom loves Dr Dean but just don’t expect to be treated respectfully at the window.

Dr. Deans and his staff were excellent! Each and every person I interacted with was courteous, professional and efficient. I underwent a successful Iridotomy procedure and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
