Canadian Tire

Great store. Usually have items in stock. Staff if very helpful when you can find them. Last visit I was wanting to buy something from a locked cabinet. It took about 10 mins to find a staff member. He had to take the item to the check out for me. He stopped to chat with other staff along the way so I got there before him. He saw and came right over with item.

Currently at this store, took us over 10 minutes to find an employee to help us get a bag of charcoal off the top shelf of an isle. Found a nice employee who had to help out another customer before us (no problem at all) but we’ve now been waiting another 15+ minutes… Where are all the employees? Couldn’t someone else come help us while she is busy serving another customer? I’ve only seen 2 employees while waiting (one is the nice employee who is helping someone else before us) and the other was helping other people as well. very frustrating.

These two have waited years to visit a Canadian Tire and it did not disappoint! The staff is awesome and gave us some team hats and balloons, helped us find CT merch to buy and gave us plenty of suggestions for our time in the area. Thanks for everything!

Had what I needed after I couldn’t get them elsewhere. Good selection at a good price. Store is always clean.

From car services, car parts and accessories to toys and other appliances and house furniture (some) they have it. Regarding customer service not bad and not good in short average. There's still a lot of rooms for improvement hope the management invest on those trainings and when it comes to parking space it's a lot big space for everybody

Hubby and I were in Sault Ste Marie and unfortunately slid our brand new Santa Fe into a frozen snowbank head on. Several times we were pulling off plastic that ended up dragging under the car. We went to Canadian Tire to ask them to secure our damaged front end and thankfully (being a Saturday at 3pm) they hoisted our vehicle up right away and secured the front up nicely. I wish I could tell you who all was working at that time because they all deserve a kudos! Thank you CT automotive department who were on staff at 3pm Saturday January 21. A well deserved kudos to all of you from Abby the Rottweiler, whom you all fell in love with, and her humans.

I came here thinking it would be a simple, straightforward experience, but it turned into a test of patience for the staff in the auto department.Shopping here is hit or miss. Sometimes they have what you need, for specific brands you might need to shop elsewhere.The appointment system or how they plan things NEEDS to improve, especially for the auto department. I booked an appointment for some work on my tires. And it was booked a week in advance, their was tons of space in the garage( 1 or 2 cars), no line ups, but it took them 45 mins to finally walk to the vehicle to bring it inside.When I was told an approximate time for repairs, I accepted what was told to me and planned around it. I make the appointment, plan my day around it, just to sit their and wait for them to decide when they felt like fixing it.If your not going to start work until 45 minutes after my appointment, than BOOK for 45 minutes afterwards!Not impressed with the tardiness. They did however, complete the repair in the amount in the time stated, no issues at all with the quality of work or the time it took to complete the fix, but the appointment time and the wait was not okay and needs to improve big time.Dont want the hassle? Here is a list of other place you can bring your vehicle, maybe better, maybe not.-Kelly's parkway service-Total Tire-Mister TransmissionJust to name a few.Overall, poor service times and/or bad appointment system, shopping is passable. Store is clean and most items are well stocked. Electronic catalog is useful for finding specific items and their location in store. Cashiers are quick and efficient.

I really enjoy this specific Canadian Tire because it's always well staffed for support. They have a variety of everything we usually need. I wouldn't mind seeing some pipe kits for sinks. Also, the middle section could be a bit more spaced out because we have to move our stroller out of the area so people can by pass us.

DO NOT SEND CAR HERE!!!!Brought my 2014 corolla in for a saftey and they put a huge scratch in it. They said it happend from a shopping cart in the parking lot and I am out of luck. It is 100 percent from a lift or some piece of equipment from the shop (look a pictures of orange paint trade).The car LITERALY left the shop in worse shape then it came in.If this post saves one more car, then it's worth it. They will try everything to leave you hung out to dry. This was not from a parking lot. I was not born yesterday.I also posted car for sale before I brought it into shop, so I have pictures of before I sent it in, which confirmed it was not from me.I would be a lot less mad if they atleast wanted to make it right, but it was a lot of finger pointing.

Great selection of products, and I think they have great prices! Very affordable for me, atleast. But; despite being a 31 year-old woman who has never touched hard drugs (guilty of enjoying the Devil's Lettuce" as a teen!)
