FirstService Residential Calgary

I have recently purchased a unit in Nuera Tower and have had the most wonderful experience with the team. The Community Manager, JP and his team are fantastic - knowledgeable, attentive, very responsive and go above and beyond to assist residents while ensuring the building is well taken care of and rules are being followed. In particular, Nuera's concierge, Preet has been outstanding - helpful, effective/quick and very pleasant. I am very impressed with the customer service and care!

Even though meetings are only by appointment and the office had just closed, I was welcomed into First Service's office by Libby at the front desk who took her time to listen to me and give her full attention to my issue. She went out of her way to take on my matter herself and even kept in touch with me to ensure that she saw my issue through to the resolution. Anyone that deals with this company will be well taken care of and is in good hands. Thank you First Service Residential and thank you Libby !!!

This company is terribly ran. Not only do they have individuals with absolutely no customer service skills, they are rude and every concern you have will be brushed off. Every person that I have talked to about issues in my building has no idea what is happening majority of the time and when you ask for an explanation, there's are no facts behind any reasoning they give you. They take absolutely no accountability for their wrong doings and on top of that they are extremely unprofessional. I usually do not write any reviews but, the treatment I have received at this place is absolutely atrocious. I feel bad for whoever has to deal with these people because it truly has been one of the worst experiences.If you are looking to rent from a place they manage, please save yourself the headache. Most importantly, if you are looking to purchase a place where they manage, please beware of all the loops you will have to take to get a timely response. Not only that, it will take you months to get an explanation for their wrong doings and even then, they will not take accountability.

This company manages the place where my family lives. The people at this company are extremely non-responsive. Even though all the fees are paid on time, they ignore people, including on very important questions. We tried to reach to their management to resolve the issue, same thing - no response whatsoever. These guys just do not seem to get gentle requests. Companies ignoring their clients have a dim future.

Just wanted to give a shout to our transition manager Desirae Paterson who has come in and been extremely helpful since her first day here. The building is starting to have its fair share of water issues and Desirae has been nothing short of amazing to work with. She takes action quick, follows up on questions and concerns in a timely manner and does it all with a great attitude and smile on her face! Thanks Des!

I recently purchased my first condo in Calgary. JP with first service residential made this process very quick and easy for me. All my questions were answered. He even shared some new info I will need going forward with new city bylaws as I plan to use my place as a short term rental. Thanks JP!

I recently purchased a condo in Cranston Ridge, Chrissy Heer the Community Support Services Associate at FirstService Residential was responsive and friendly, keeping me informed every step of the way. I felt confident and well-informed throughout the process. She has been helpful and quick. Thank you, Chrissy!

Prena Sharma from this property management has helped us moving into a Condo. She has provided related documents and have replied all inquiries instantly. She is definitely a very good support person, and I want to continue working with her until my stay in this building.However, I would like to leave a suggestion for the Management in regard to elevator key. That was very hard to pick up key from your office, me being moving from another province and then head to the building to unload the stuff in the dictated time limits of two hours. I had to arrange a second person in Calgary to pick up key to meet the mover in the building. Elevator key must be provided at the location rather than picking up from your office.

FirstService has been a major upgrade from the condo management company we started with. Kari has been excellent to work with and very responsive even though we have a lot of issues to work through. Highly recommend.
