Parkview Optometry Drs Campbell, Horner, Panowyk and Associates

Dr. Horner is very thorough and a lovely person to talk to. I feel very lucky to have her looking after my eyesight. All the staff are quite efficient and I feel very confident in their abilities. I always look forward to my next visit with them.

I have been a patient at this clinic since it was located in downtown Oshawa with Dr. Johnson, (more years ago than I care to admit). The business has continued to thrive due its embrace of new technologies in the field and the hardworking, determined and knowledgeable doctors that joined the staff over the years, and continue to make it one of the top-rated optometry offices one can go to. Dr. Patrricia Campbell continues to do outstanding work. She takes the time to explain things professionally and thoroughly in ways that make them easier to understand, especially when personal decisions need to be made. The office is clean and quiet and everyone is upbeat and positive.

I have been going to Parkview Optometry for many years. The time, care and detail that Dr. Patel and her staff provide leaves me feeling assured and confident. Dr. Panowyk and the team at Parkview Optometry have been looking after my eyecare needs for more than 30 years. All of my eye testing needs are handled in a very friendly and professional manner and the team is so good at booking appointments and providing updates and reminder notices. Parkview Optometry also has a great selection of eye glass frames, lenses and sunglasses which can be fitted and ordered the same day. 5 stars all around to the Parkview team.

I have been going to this clinic to see Jan since before it moved to this location. All the optometrists have been excellent. Since Jan retired, I have been going to Dr. Lee and she has been friendly and informative, which I like. She tells me what the tests are for and describes the results. The girls have been helpful when I have been choosing new glasses. It seems like a happy office to work in.

I've been coming to this office since I was a child, and have always been so happy with the service. I've been a patient of Dr. Horner and Dr. Campbell regularly over the years, and they're always so professional, efficient, and explain everything as you go along.I recently called in for an emergency appointment. To my relief, they provided me with an appointment for the very next morning with Dr. Li. During the exam Dr. Li was so friendly, and reassuring since I was there on an impromptu emergency visit. She explained each step of the process, and provided me with answers to my questions regarding my issue. She was clear about when to come back and when to reach out if things should change - I really appreciated the entire experience.Overall, everyone in the office is absolutely lovely, from reception to the Doctors themselves. It's really a pleasant atmosphere, and it's an appointment I actually look forward to having every couple of years!

I am very impressed with the care and time spent by our optometrist. She explained everything in a clear and straightforward way. This was my first visit and am very glad to have found a good place for my eye care.

I have been under Dr. Campbell's care for 30 years. She has met and exceeded my expectations every time. Her expertise and thoroughness is second to none. You are treated as a partner in your care, lots of time taken with clear explanations of how your eyes are performing and how you can preserve your sight. Could go on for a lot longer... Enough said... She is just the BEST!

Dr Patricia Campbell was on time, she is very friendly and will take the time to explain what she is doing and why. She is efficient. The office was clean and the staff also very friendly. She has been our Optometrist for over 25 years and we will continue using her services indefinitely. 5 stars aren’t quite enough in our opinion.
