Great location! Excellent customer service! Conveniently located inside the mall! However I have noticed that the sign out front says “pop-up shop” yet this location has been here for 4 years? I don’t know if this was merely an oversight however it is quite misleading. Please explain.

Recently bought a vegetable grinder from here. My grandmother didn’t like the grinder cause it was very were to close and if you did mange to close it, it wouldn't close properly. We were told we had 30 days to return it, so we went into return the grinder. The grinder was not used at all but we were told that we couldn’t return it cause it had “watermarks”. There were absolutely no water marks on it in fact we had all the packaging for it and the bill we had bought it just days ago. The man In charge was rude, and swore and excused us of lying, and then said that he doesn’t care about the policy because he doesn’t want to return. I don’t know who this individual was but he should not be working there. That is not how customer service works that’s how scamming works, and if that was the owner, he should definitely not be owning a franchise if he doesn’t understand how franchise store policies work. Worse experience ever. I will also be calling the head office, we were also able to film the encounter of the men swearing at us and threatening us which I am sending to the head office and can also be found on YouTube.

I recently purchased a product from this store, but unfortunately, it has now become damaged. Despite being within the warranty period, the shopkeeper has refused to provide any assistance and has repeatedly ignored our attempts to address the issue. This level of customer service is utterly disappointing and leaves me with a profound sense of dissatisfaction. I will not going to buy anything from kitchen stuff again in the future.

Absolutely love this store! Everything you could possibly think of to outfit your home! I love walking around, looking at all the things I never knew I needed!

Pathological liars at this store who shouldn’t be working at this store. I drove all the way to this branch from Kitchener just because another branch manager from Mississauga had put something on hold for me there. When I came, I found out that the wrong size was put on hold. The associate, Rachel, felt bad for the mishap, and as an apology offered me to get anything I wanted from the store and explicitly told me that there are exceptions to the 20 percent off coupon but that because it wasn’t my fault, she will take care of it. She repeated that you can get anything no exceptions. I felt valued as a customer that after an hours drive and finding out the wrong item was kept for me, my experience was going to get better. Ten minutes later another associate, Nick came and said just to let you know there are exceptions to the coupon. I was appalled! When I went back to ask Rachel, she did a complete UTurn and said I had mentioned to you that there are exceptions. Such a lie! First of all, you wouldn’t need to send another associate out of nowhere after ten minutes to clarify something that he knew nothing of, unless you knew what you said and decided you didn’t or couldn’t accommodate that. Second, my husband and I both heard her clearly say: find anything you like, normally there are exceptions but for you today I’ll take care of that, just select anything you like. You guys can lie all you want but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I’m in disbelief that anyone can do this to a customer. It was bad enough I wasted my time driving to this store only to find out I shouldn’t have, but what they did to me has just upset me no end!

The staff here is good and helpful. The store is also big and you will find almost everything for your home except bedroom stuff. They have things for your kitchen and bathroom.
