Doctor Sarju Batavia is AMAZING!!!!!!! Im a transgender patient Olivia, and to my doctor, if you see this, HI!!! :) Your such and amazing doctor, and amazing at having conversations! I love how Dr. Batavia always listens exactly to what I say, and focuses on top priorities! He spends indefinite time to talk and suggest appropriate treatments, which will benefit me best! As a transgender patient, I ALWAYS, feel listened to and not ONCE have I felt discouraged to talk about anything personal, because he values my words and he's 1000% trustable, and will be 100% transparent, and prioritize my concerns! He answers with the best possible response and even provides me with external resources too, which is SUPER helpful! I cant say how happy I am with this doctor, if this had 10 stars I would give it 10, or 20 if I could! Every SINGLE time I visit, the nurses, receptionists, and pharmacologists are EXTREAMELY friendly, supportive and LOVING!! They always use my correct pronouns, always respect my preferred name and treat me with respect! I can trust this clinic and feel comfortable! Dr. Batavia, you changed my life and thank you for giving me the possibility to transition!! Please never stop what your doing, you saved my life from suicide! I hope to consult with you again! Terrible experience!! Dr (don’t like to call him dr though) had no knowledge and didn’t (want to) help at all!!! I trusted the good reviews and visited them for the first and last time.

Throughout the few times I've been here, it has always been a solid experience. Very helpful and quick. Definetly a good walk in or family doctor if you're in need!

By far the NICEST most efficient doctor I’ve ever met. I came as a walk-in and during lunch hour and he took me in and was an absolute gem. The clinic is also extremely clean and spacious. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

Great experience! The wait time was 2 hours. The doctor was excellent and very friendly with my child. The doctor was very clear with the results and provided clear instructions.

Dr. Batavia has been our family doctor since 9 years now and he has been the best ever!Very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. Even the staff is polite and so is the pharmacist. The clinic is clean and well equipped.
