The lady working there is very pleasant and organized. The only thing I would recommend is that the address in the email and text message were corrected to the correct address, as they say Shelbourne Ave, and it should be Street. Those unfamiliar with the can be frustrated trying to find it.

We were both a bit nervous about the test but the nurse made it as pleasant as possible and we had the results within 15 minutes. I would really recommend this service.

Laura was excellent to deal with. I was nervous about the testing and called Laura a couple of times. She was very patient and able to answer all my questions. The day we were tested Laura was friendly and welcoming. The whole testing process went super smoothly thanks to Laura for her kindness and professionalism.

Never sent us our results and now we either won’t be able to get on our flight or hope there is time to pay for another test at the airport. Brutal.
