They were flagging n salmon arm ,the lady flagger was hiding over near her truck not doing her job, and we almost had a head on collision, as we passed, we saw she was lipping us off as she was playing with her Rottweiler puppy, most all the people working for this company had there dogs with them, is this standard policy ? Quite the distraction I'd think?

This company has been wasting time in Salmon Arm for three years now showing everyone that drives through the absolute incompetence of this company. You losers left your construction signs up all winter while you were at home collecting Unemployment Insurance. If only municipalities made these contractors with no skills show some accountability.
