Great service. They worked with my bank for financing. Answered all my questions and were quick to finish the order. I ran into an issue with work which prevented me from picking my bike up in Vaughan so they shipped the assembled bike to Toronto for me where i was able to pick it up and ride home. Overall 100/10 service.

Great people to service you. Answered questions after I purchased my e-bike as soon as they could get the correct info from Magnum. Some of the manuals (i.e. Navigator S) need updating as might some of the other resources from Magnum. Epic helped me to sort this out. I like my bike so far but need to get out in warmer weather to really give it a good run. I'm confident I will get more helpful answers if something comes up.

Fantastic place to buy an e-bike. Mike was absolutely fantastic, and his work partner was extremely knowledgeable as well. Great guys. Bikes are at a very fair price point, especially when on sale. Helped me all the way through the learning and buying process. I could not ask for a better experience in buying an e-bike. Great selection to choose from.I am very pleased.

Epic Cyckes is fantastic and their support team know the meaning of customer service. They called me about delivery and we arranged to change the delivery address to my Business so the bike was not left outside. Excellent service. Now if only spring would come!!!
