My family stopped here for a quick note to eat. We got poutine. The food was fine (neither terrible, nor amazing, but the wait was, I think, excessive. Admittedly, it was noon on a weekday, but we waited 25 minutes for our order.I did appreciate that they do have coverings over the picnic tables and the tables are in good repair.

Ordered a poutine, 2 pogos and 2 pop. The gravy was on the top center area of the fries, the middle & bottom fries were dry. The gravy was full of clumps and tasted weird. We asked for a little container for the pogos, she said she couldn't give us a container because of paper costs but pulled out a box and sternly told us not to throw it in their garbage. All we really needed was a little container to put some ketchup/mustard in. Didn't appreciate the food or the service. Will not be returning. $30 for coagulated gravy and an awful interaction.

Gross n not worth it. Waited 25 mins for a burned hamburger n 2 fries half cooked. Not organized at all..no napkins no forks or even a toothpick for our fries that were brown n not golden brown change your oil...wont be back.

I have no clue why this place has anything below a 5 star review. Unreal fries and amazing fish burger. Staff members were all super kind and friendly and food was cooked and prepped fresh

Decent spot for poutine and ice cream. Outdoor eating space is great for a hot summer day.

Long wait for food and the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced! Don’t go!We ordered the Pickerel dinner and were told there would be a 25 minute wait. One of the employees left and ran across the street to the grocery store.After waiting 40 minutes we went to the window to ask how much longer and were told it would be 25 more minutes. It was an exceptionally hot day and we had already been there an hour with the time it took to order. There is no indoor seating and no one was cleaning tables. When we asked for our money back we were told that they had already thawed our fish. Perhaps that is why they went over to the grocery store? We ended up getting our money back minus the tip with great difficulty. Their attitude was horrible and they were all rude and sarcastic.We cannot believe they are still in business.We recommend going 10 minutes down the road to Latchford.The people at the chip stand there are wonderful! The food in Latchford was delicious, responsibly priced and the service was outstanding!

Very polite staff. Pogo was greasy and fry was very small no drink for 9.00

Got Fish and chips and fish was not cooked properly. I can totally taste uncooked batter. I called them to let them know. I asked for extra tartar sauce and i was told i have to pay extra just for little sauce. One whole order comes with tiny packet of tartar sauce

Decent ice cream, but terrible customer service. Had a long wait for ice cream (it was not busy). No napkins for a family of 4, including 2 kids, who all ordered ice cream on a blazing hot day. Then they gave me a hard time when I returned to the window to ask for a napkin to deal with the inevitable mess. They reluctantly gave me 1. Then they were rude when I mentioned that more were needed to deal with the ice cream that was all over the kids and their picnic table. Bad attitude about the entire thing. Will not be returning.
