Theres even no special lane for women carrying babies when waiting to cross the custom. And the supervisor refused to provide assistance to help. Is this a third world country? Can't believe it. They are not serving but acting like they are the God!

Over paid monkeys with a god complex never answer the phone rude and arrogant when simple questions aee asked after you have to call 10000000 times befoee someone pocks up the phone which if I am mot mistaken is part of there job which my over taxed pay chq pays for . They are incredibly rude. Please understand that most people dont cross the border every day and so we are not well versed in those border forms and who to hand them to. No need to be rude to people about it especially on a non busy day.

No matter how patient or tolerant you are, they will find a way to make your day miserable. Who do i even complain to?This is the saddest (I don't know if I can even call it service) I've received anywhere in Canada.

They are incredibly rude. I typically don't write a review solely based on attitude but this was absolutely disgusting. They held an important package of mine for over a week after it had been processed, and I still had to pay additional duty fees on top of that. When I called to receive an explanation I got horrible attitude back. They act like serving you is such a privilege that common curtsey and respect becomes non-existent.

My dad's urn for cremation stacked there for over 10 days. We had to buy a new one from funeral house to finally bury him and canceled the parcel with the beautiful one I ordered for him.

Read the reviews, this place is a joke. We landed and came to the customs border area, they had 0 staff. Told everyone to wait for their agents to come in. For an international airport, there should be staff 24/7 what kind of ridiculous joke is this. Even underdeveloped countries always have staff working. Not only that, all the staff I’ve dealt with here are always stuck up and super rude.
