I had my electrical upgraded to 200amp and a new panel and a few outside electrical outlets installed. From the first communication right down to the final email stating they have received my payment, everything has been professional, communicated clearly, and super friendly and personable. My neighbor even walked over to talk to the guys about his electrical needs and within a few minutes had an appointment booked. I have been very pleased with the work we had done and will use Premium for any future electrical work.

Premium Electric gave a very intelligent and concise plan, asked all the right questions, and genuinely seemed passionate about their work. The quote was fair, and they remembered all the details about the job even though we hired them several months after they gave us the quote. The work was done cleanly and efficiently and I am so happy with our strata’s new security lighting.

Tristan, Greg and Kayla were all excellent to deal with. The communication was consistent and clear, the job was performed exceptionally and the pricing was up front and fair. I will be using premium for any upcoming electrical needs, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend

We had Tristan come in and give us a quote for a new electrical panel and a few fixtures. He was very clear with his explanations and gave us a reasonable price for everything. Vince came in a few days later, right on time, and he was extremely professional and thorough with his work. We are happy customers and will be using Premium Electric for future projects.

Professional and excellent customer service all around.Mike listened to every small detail during the quote and gave me multiple options on how to achieve the outcome I wanted. He kept communication quick and easy over phone and text.Greg was very personable and did the work on site proficiently and with care, I very much appreciated that he kept me in the loop for small changes as well as kept his work space spotless throughout the job. I even told Greg that I could cleanup once he finished his install, but when I came back he had already finished meticulously sweeping drywall dust off the floors and counters and had all his tools put away.Mike and Greg from Premium Electric made this a breeze, I will definitely be using their service again in the future.10/10

Highly recommend Premium Electric. They just completed some electrical work to install some new dedicated circuits for a few of our bedrooms. From initial quote to work completion, everyone involved was not only on time but early(very rare!) and the work completed exceeded our expectations. Premier Electric did my new home electrical installation some 4 years ago, on time and on budget. They are truly just a well-run, organized, consistently seamless and professional company, small enough to provide the best service levels, and yet big enough to tackle any size job. I have approached them a good few times after that for follow up work, upgrades and additions and have yet to receive service and pricing below my expectations. I trust their work emphatically. Just recently I had some electrical upgrades done by Rowan and Greg, both outstanding in the way they approached me and guided me through their tasks, as their client, almost as though they had received 5-star customer service training from the company! Highly recommending these folks just does not do them sufficient justice, as they are the best at what they do, consistently, at the right price, and with a great smile!
