I have a bad experience in this store. My mom and I felt like we were not welcome. At the end I just leave what we were to buy and quit.

Wow - I was this in this store this morning and just saying that some people are good with customers and some are not. The woman that served me should be the last person to speak with customers - very rude and condescending. I think she dislikes her job and people.

This company and particularly this store location have the BEST accommodating, sincere, and helpful staff I am delighted to share to you on this review. My family needed a hospital bed to rent for my wife's recovery from a major surgery from a car accident in 2019.Aaron, on the phone was professional and accommodating 100% EVERY call (about 8 total). Tom was very helpful towards the bed itself, how it operated and its setup and takedown and he shared sincere concern for my family both picking up the bed and dropping it off. When we were to return the bed, we needed it an extra month with no hassle at the last minute!I could never go anywhere else for what this store has to offer and the help they provide! Hands down, makes me appreciate the fact that there are phenomenal people out there in the world, being phenomenal while on the job!

I am very grateful to have found an electric armchair at Accessabilities that is helping my Aunt get up and thus be more mobile at 90.Aaron was very helpful, very patient and kept in contact—all very much appreciated. Even the fellows delivering the chair were very kind and helpful.

I truly want to thank the team of Access Abilities for helping out when I needed it the most. I broke my femur playing hockey and being my first major injury and I was unaware of the changes ahead of me when it came to my daily activities like walking and going to the bathroom. Access Abilities came through in a huge way as they were quickly able to supply the equipment needed and helping guide me though how to use it as this was all new to me. Without their help and guidance it would have been really hard to get through the easiest of task. They gave me hope that I could do it and made this serious life changing event just a little easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs medical supply assistance because they truly will take care of you.

I recently had hip surgery. St. Joe’s provided me with a list of vendors that supply medical equipment. As Access Abilities is in my neighborhood (2 km away), I contacted them about renting a bath bench. The rental fee was reasonable, and they offered free pick-up. Unfortunately, pick-up was obviously not an option for me, so I inquired about delivery. I was astonished to learn that the fee was $50 for a relatively light item that could fit in a trunk and I’m only 2 kms away!I opted to just purchase the item from Amazon, which I will later donate. I told the company rep that I’m a relatively young, working professional that can afford to purchase the item. HOWEVER, there are so many low-income seniors and disabled people in our community that could not afford that luxury, much less a $50 delivery fee. Access Abilities should be ashamed to profit from other people’s incapacities.I plan to bring this to the attention to the wonderful staff at St. Joe’s.

Both Aaron’s were extremely helpful to find the right accessibility item for my Grandfather! Based on his needs and local terrain, we found the perfect electric scooter with the right accessories for his specific needs. We have been going to this location for years and have always been very satisfied with the excellent service and products.

Aaron was extremely helpful in quickly fixing my father’s wheelchair which had a broken wheel. Even checked the tires to make sure there was enough air. We were in and out within 30 minutes with the chair being good as new! Thank you so much!
