Very poor customer service. Had me standing there for so long ignoring me while he was on the computer. Made me feel like he could care less that I was there. More sad than angry honestly. I will never go back again.

This is a tiny postal outlet run by a family at this very busy mall. There is always a line but service is as quick as they can be. They do not have time to answer the phone unfortunately but if you go in and are polite they will help with whatever they can.They have all the shipping supplies you could possibly need. On top of that you can get your passport photo taken or tour photos processed here! Great little less corporate place in this very businessy mall.

Don't understand all the negative reviews about Canada post here but I found everything to be good. Before buying a normal box, the lady explained I could buy the same size as a flat rate box and shipping would be included. Very helpful and answered all my questions. I've shipped 2 things internationally so far with this location no problem

Great places. I've returned hundreds of Amazon products here, smooth and even at the last second. Friends and my go to store fornell my canada post needs. Parking can be a pain sometimes but not like the main depot.

Very poor customer service. They denied to validate our local address as requested by the bank and repeatedly asked for various ID proofs, while we showed PR card and bank statement, which was originally required by Canada Post. They were unwilling to listen and because of this we already made three trips to Canada post. I’d never visit this location again.

Friendly service - greeted with a smile. Very helpful, and so patient with me as I fumbled with the 25c and 5c coins! Was wanting to send a package overseas, and they helped with finding the cheapest option, as well as packing it for me, so that all I had to do was write the delivery address. Thanks!

after emailed pic to get print they ask to pay and receive after 40 min, payed $72,38 after 2 hours, we don't k how to open JPEG photo.Even they asking you to pay, please be advised do not pay before you receiveif you ask for refund then you gonna see ugly face.

I have a Canada Post Visa card that can only be reloaded at a post office. These new owners are clueless on this concept. I put money on my card the other day and he took the fee to add the money off my Visa. Does that make any sense ? I told them about it today and they acted like that was the normal way to do it. I usually pay the amount I'm adding and the fee on my bank card. Needless to say - I won't be using this location anymore. (If I could rate it NO STARS I would.)

The workers at this Canada post location are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I was having a very hard time trying to figure out how to use customs form online and no one offered to help
