Our experience with Rob was excellent. Not only was he knowledgeable, but very thorough and a pleasant personality. Gave us best and worst case scenarios so we would be prepared. Our 1985 Motorhome had to have a new fridge and hot water tank installed. He walked us through the operation of both and made sure they were both working before he finished. Would recommend Rob's Mobile RV Service to anyone needing repair service. 5 Stars ! !

Great service! Rob showed up after hours on a Saturday to help us with an electrical issue. He found and fixed the problem, was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided some advice to help us with future issues. We would definitely call Rob again for help.

I was looking at a trailer on Kijiji in Edmonton and I am in the Calgary area. Rob was great. Simple phone call and he was there the next day for the inspection. He gave a full report of issues he saw and overall condition. Payment was simple with eTransfer. It is a great tool to expand your trailer shopping area. Bought the trailer and everything was as he described and great to have a professional review trailer before I looked. I highly recommend Rob and his services.

Our furnace quit working in our RV, so we called Rob's Mobile RV Service. They sent a tech the next morning and had the furnace fixed in under an hour. The tech really knew his stuff and did a fantastic job, he explained everything he did and showed me the part that failed. I will use the company again and I have recommended them to my family and friends to use. I can honestly say it was super convenient to have the repair service come to you instead of having to drop off / pick up at a shop.

Came out right away and was able to teach us so much about the electrical system that was faulty. It was a one in a million issue and Rob confidently saved the day, and the upcoming camping trip. Will absolutely recommend him again in the future.

The 5 Star reviews are well earned. Our furnace quit in February while wintering in BC and we decided to wait until back in Edmonton to have it looked at and we are glad we did. The technician from Rob's explained how everything was supposed to work, why our furnace was not doing that and, after a very difficult job removing the furnace, he showed us why it wasn't doing it. It was basically a rusted out mess thanks to a leak from the water heater installed above it.I new furnace was obtained and installed within 48 hours for a cost that was less than estimated and the technician checked the entire system, fixed the water leak, cleaned up and left everything in better than original shape.We are now ready for another Canadian winter. I got up early this morning just to enjoy the sound and heat from my new furnace (and to write this review). 100% satisfied with the work!

Rob's Mobile RV Services to the rescue, second time this season!!! This time we had a pleasure to receive absolutely fabulous service from Mark. He called us after a cancellation and was waiting for us when we arrived home from our camping trip. Amazing!!! He found the problem was with our furnace thermostat and he installed a new one, all in less than an hour. These guys are beyond fantastic!!!

Furnace of my camper quit and I called Rob's mobile service. The guy at the other end told me that there will be a minimum charge of $175 as it was a civic holiday. I agreed and a truck showed up at my door. The repair guy spent about an hour and a half and stated that the main board in the furnace needs to be replaced. That did not make any sense, more so when the furnace did work the evening before, and I had turned it off. He also stated that he will order the main board and will get back to me next week. He did not seem confident. He wanted me to pay him $175. I asked him to guarantee that it was indeed the motherboard that was bad and there was no other issue. He was reluctant. I refused to pay until I was given a satisfactory reply. He then called the owner who showed up and took the furnace out to his truck, spent couple of hours and put it back. The new verdict: Nothing wrong with the furnace. It was the thermostat that had issues. The furnace worked when the thermostat was bypassed. End result : $454.13 to find out that there was nothing wrong with the furnace. I got a new thermostat from amazon, for $22.00 connected it and everything worked like a breeze. The techs should have checked the obvious first, before spending 3 hours on the furnace.

We had a problem with our ac during the hottest part of summer. Called rob on a Friday to order the new part and Marc came out to install it on the following Monday after hours. They were friendly, professional and charged fairly, not like the dealers that take advantage of you. Would recommend them if you need rv service
