GRT Mobility Plus
The cancelled my MobilityPlus membership without notice or giving me the opportunity to renew my membership. Now I can’t book a pickup or drop off for rides. Wish they had given me some notice or information beforehand. Very poor management in my opinion.

Very poorly run system. Some of the vehicles are a nightmare to ride on. Very uncomfortable for the people who need comfort the most.

The worst company in the whole province.Good drivers but very bad menagment and very bad dispatch.All the disabled people in waterloo region are like slaves or in jail.If a disabled person is late 2 times the mobility plus wont drive them for a month.If mobility plus is late nobady cares the dialysis people have to wait sometimes until 12 midnight and nobady even care.When you call the answer is we are little bit late and this happend very often during the month.My mother goes 3 times a week for dialysis and during her trip picking her up from home or from hospital almost 2-3 times per week the mobility plus is late.I'm suprise the city had agreed to increase payments for grand river transit and mobility plus special for menagment or dirctors you guys manage very bad this transportion.We don't live in North Korea we live in Canada.And for those disabled people who are really in need for help you guys have same system like in North Korea like thise or you die we wont pick you up.The Director off Grand river transit should be namedKim Jong su the third

I am so upset that they have made it so difficult for people with limited money and limited MOBILITY to purchase their bus passes. How is it okay to have elderly people with disabilities to go downtown in very sketchy areas to get their passes. At least have them available at the malls...

Very rude office staff on some sort of dysfunctional power trip....... incompetent, unprofessional with no accountability. How does this undesirable, mean spirited bureaucracy continue??? The city should investigate and rectify this indolent fiefdom, it pays only too well for it.

THANK YOU MOBILITY PLUS DRIVERS I, like most other reviewers, am forced to post my review here where it will languish in obscurity until another abused, disrespected customer finds it. Can anything good be said about the GRT, especially Mobility Plus? The prophet-founder Bahá'u'llah advises his followers that even if someone has 9 bad qualities & 1 good, we are to focus on that 1 good quality. I don't need to restate the 9 bad qualities of Mobility Plus, they've already been pointed out. The 1 good quality of Mobility Plus ? The MAJORITY of Mobility Plus DRIVERS are wonderful. Most Mobility Plus DRIVERS are compassionate, courteous, helpful, friendly & respectful. They treat me well. They too suffer at the hands of some small-minded, arrogant, disrespectful supervisors. They suffer like GRT Customers suffer. So my kudos & sympathies go out to MP drivers. Thanks for making my life a little bit easier. You know who you are!

Very frustrating service. Most of the staff is nice, however, the 30 minute window usually stretches longer and my son has been left at the mall etc....without them showing up at all on numerous occasions simply due to bad paperwork" or "forgot to put it in the system". I have ended up having to call numerous ubers because of their screwups. Taxi drivers with mobility plus tend to be more rude with my son also. Any complaints I have submitted have gone unanswered. Not impressed"

11604 vehicle. Driver at 16:45 on his way out of the Grand River hospital location stops in front of the Cancer Center to assist a woman having difficulty loading her walker into her vehicle. Class act. Well done sir! Today March 8th.
