I had 7 windows replaced and insulation and siding done. Marc had great suggestions to make my house look completely updated. Marc and his team did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.

Marc was very condescending when he came over to give a quote.Made it clear I wasn't worth his time. Let out a big sigh when he asked if he had to take his shoes off when entering my house, told me I don't have enough money to do the exterior and proceeded to tell me to do windows instead.Hurried measurement and when the quote came it was missing a couple of windows which he should have included if he actually took his time.Good thing I had a couple other contractors come by and gave me proper quotes.Emailed for clarification on quote and never heard back.Google should have 0 stars reserved for people like Marc.Edit: amazingly quick response on a public review but alas my email for clarification is still not replied to 14 days later. Damage done, don't bother.There is a difference in being direct and to the point and being rude and condescending.

Ultimate Renovations installed new siding on my house. I had engaged Ultimate Renovations for previous exterior renovations on my house and was pleased with the results. Marc provided good insight and advice prior to the work starting - Steve did a great job on the prep work, the rigid Styrofoam and vinyl siding installation - Dimitri did an excellent job with the stone work. Overall, I am very pleased with the work Ultimate Renovations did.

I had my siding done last summer which included exterior insulation. I also had a window installed and a new door added so I can walk out from my second floor bedroom. I love it. My house is a beautiful blue color which stands out in our mature neighborhood. Marc was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, and quite funny. I would definitely use his services again, my house needs so much work!

We had a great time working with Marc, Jordan and the rest of their team.They helped us design and complete a full exterior renovation on our mid century modern house. They worked collaboratively with us to iron out details, designs and materials that met our functional and aesthetic goals.They replaced and upgraded all entry doors, overhead garage door, windows, gutters, fascia and soffit. They also strapped the exterior of our house, additional doors, insulation, siding, lux paneling and stucco. Completely transforming the look of our 1968 house.They were professional throughout the process and their guidance helped us make good decisions in order to secure grant funding and loans through the Canadian Greener Homes programs.Marc has a big personality and can be very direct, which is ultimately" a great trait when getting home renovation work done. His no BS attitude helps to keep you in-check when you're thinking about doing something that may not be that smart or have good value based on his experience. Jordan does a great job of working with him and filling in with more of a soft-touch when required. Marc and his team did an amazing job renovating the exterior of our house. They only used the best quality materials, which was very important to me. I highly recommend them!Update-Marc and his team responded immediately this spring to a small issue that was caused by winter weather. It was fixed to perfection. These guys are amazing!!

We own a 60-year-old house (or does it own us?). When the time came for a complete exterior renovation with all-new windows, we did our research and immediately got the feeling we could trust Ultimate to do a good job. They didn't just do a good job, they did a *great* job! We've been happily recommending them ever since, and our siding and windows continue to be rock solid.In fact, we had them back in this year to repair some siding we had to tear down in an emergency and I had them replace our few remaining old windows while they were at it. Still the same very competent, prompt, professional service as always!

Over the last decade, Ultimate has been our renovator of choice for a new roof, new siding (both of which were to replace inferior work done by other companies), new doors, new triple glazed windows (locally made), new flooring, new interior paint, and new baseboards. We have always appreciated Marc’s input and his honest, get-to-the-point attitude. We have noted that, with Ultimate, the service does not stop when the work is finished. Marc has noticed a few minor details years later and has had them fixed quickly with no fuss or questions asked. He and his staff display a customer-first focus.

We hired Ultimate Renovations to apply insulation and siding to our house and are really impressed with how great the job turned out. The cost was reasonable and we went with a fairly thick insulation and high end siding. The work started when it was supposed to and the installer was awesome. It is great to see a true professional tradesman perform his job - it was easy to see that he takes pride in what he does. The work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and no detail was missed. Cleanup was also completed in a timely fashion. Job well done - looks beautiful, traffic noise is now minimal and out heTing & cooling bills will be reduced. Also took advantage of federal and municipal energy rebate programs so we will be reimbursed some of the costs. Thanks to all all involved in the process.

We took this company as a referral who had done our neighbour's house. We had our windows replaced, doors replaced, and added insulation over original stucco before siding it. They treated us very well, communicated timely, did what they said would do, and provided an excellent end result. The house looks amazing and we've noticed a big difference in heating and cooling over the year since it was completed.
