Went today for the first time and I was a bit skeptical just because my brows are so precious to me being as they are thick! But I love my new brows, the lady was so kind and gentle and very fair price! Definitely will be going back

The best Salon in Brossard! The best customer service that I had experienced in the Montreal region!Monika is sweet and kind, she always tries to arrange time to all clients! I'm so glad that I find her! I don't change her service for any salon!I don't understand the comment below (from Sara). I think she is talking about someone else, the person that she describes is not Monika, definitely!I recommend this salon to anyone who wants to have a great service with the best professional!

I absolutely would NOT recommend their services. I went to get my arms waxed a few times and everytime there was remaining hairs and I had to tell her repeatedly to check again. It took her very long for a simple procedure. I wore my 120$ Lululemon joggings and she dropped so much wax on them (this stain doesn’t go away anymore). I went back once because she did not remove a CHUNK of hair on my arm properly and she clearly really did not like the fact that I went back. She was extremely rude. A few weeks later, I called 10 times and she didn’t answer any of my calls. She then lied twice saying she didn’t have any appointments, but my friend called before me and she gave her one. She told me to call back, and when I did, same excuses. If you don’t want to wax properly and do your job properly, you shouldn’t offer services to your clients. Very unprofessional, very unsanitary, last time I went she was wearing an old torn mask and workers are not trained. Also, they try and over charge, so make sure you check their prices. I would not go there.

Monika (the owner) has many years of experience and she is excellent in her trade.I had my eyebrows threaded and shaped and they looked perfect..Monika is very skilled and she makes one feel comfortable. Her customer service is outstanding, and she is sweet and kind, and trying to give the best service.I also had a facial massage done with a special cream, and it was very relaxing and made my skin glow.Now, I will always come back to Monika, as she is doing an excellent job.She also does all kind of leg and full body waxing, and I'll try this next.With Monikas experience, and excellent clean work, one is never disappointed.

They work really fast and try their best to find openings for you even last minute.Got full bikini done for the first time and I didn't feel too uncomfortable. I liked my experience very nice.

Monika is amazing. She takes care of my daughter and I! My first experience was with the other woman who works there and it was painful and took me many weeks to recover. Monika took me from then on and you can’t beat her service and that it’s something that I can afford to keep up. She’s so sweet, and I definitely recommend her!
