After using them for five years both professionally and for personal projects, they’re hands down one of if not the best parts place in town!! Pat and Paul know their stuff and never hesitate to go above and beyond! If they don’t have what you need it’s only a day or two away at most. Highly recommend them! Their house brand products are impressive given their price points and they honour their merchandise

Kinda sucks when mistakes are made but I can understand we’re human and it happens. But when the employee who ordered it says “oops, 1 is better then 2” & could care less to fix their mistake, you can tell how much they really care.Paul was nice enough to go out of his way to fix the mistake. 5 stars for Paul, 0 for the other guy.

Drove all the way from Cambridge because they had a muffler we needed today. A huge thank you to Pat for being so kind and friendly!! She also asked if we needed clamps or gaskets, which I didn't even think of, oops! Definitely recommend!

Sells you the wrong parts. Then speaks to you in the most condescending way. Doesnt matter if your a mechanic in uniform or not. Save yourself the headache and go else where.

The staff was honest, prompt, informed & professional. Most importantly, they gave me the best price & kept their word! I called many other places to compare & they quoted me $70-double more. And Carquest was the ONLY one's who knew my engine size, everyone else asked me. For these positive reasons I would recommend getting your part's for your vehicle at Carquest. Great job!
